    Would’ve been nice if you could done close up shots of the screwheads that way we can clearly see which screws or what

      There are close-ups of the screw heads in the bottom left corner as each is introduced. We apologize that it may be too small or lost in the background to be readily noticeable. You can also find the screw head close-ups and more details on our tamper proof fasteners here: www.albanycountyfasteners.com/Tamper-Proof-Fasteners-Security-Screws-s/1631.htm
      We hope this helps you!

    Don't forget single use fasteners for prisons and phyc wards. We install security fencing in those places that bolt together. Once torqued the "hex" breaks off the nut.

      Once torqued just means weakened compromised metal. The Andy Dufresne’s have time to work on that. Mexican cartels laugh

    Hello, great video I had my license plate stolen 2 days before the 4th of July in front of the house, and I went to the local hardware and purchased the snake 🐍 eye screws
    Unfortunately the course thread machine screw didn’t work, I have a German sedan and would like some advice on getting the correct thread snake eye screws ?

    I do drain cleaning ..and I’ve never had to use anything other than standard Philips #2 #3 ... until at a sams club store... the cleanout cover was on with a snake eyes scanner screw.. I had a bit for that.... but was the first time ever... I’ve cleaned probably 10,000 drains and never needed it

    appreciate the video. i was looking around and couldn't find an answer to the question: would a security torx bit work for a standard torx screw head? Ypu very clearly answered that with a yes . thanks!

    For a license plate... I would use 4 different security screws...they are so small.. you’ll never see it... but you’ll ruin the day for the asshole trying to steal/ remove the plate

    I made a once use socket that had very little clearance on a counter sunk screw and then drilled the centre of the screw out.

    Im trying really hard to find something for a tamper proof 8 point screw but can't find anything at all its driving me crazy. Tamper proof spider driver. Can't find

    • @AlbanyCountyFasteners
      @AlbanyCountyFasteners  3 роки тому

      A tamper proof 8 point screw? That's very uncommon. Wherever you got it from, it is likely specific to what it's fastened to. I would contact whoever the manufacturer is for recommendations on drivers for that.

  • @elsaarmstrong-zp6ng
    @elsaarmstrong-zp6ng Рік тому

    Get a one sided riveting tool, you squeeze the trigger until the centre pin snaps! Only drilling the tough rivet will release it!

    im searching for a bit or screwdriver, the screw head looks like a tri-groove but with tringular groves in the screwhead.

    • @AlbanyCountyFasteners
      @AlbanyCountyFasteners  5 років тому

      Hmm...without seeing the screw, there's a few things that could be. Our first thought is that it may be a tri-groove screw, which can be fastened with the same drivers the tri-groove nuts are fastened with, or a tri-wing screw. It's also possible it may be a proprietary screw, unique to whatever it may be fastened into. Honestly, the best way for us to help you with this is to send an image of the screw to support@rawproductscorp.com where we can take a look at it and give you a more definitive answer.

    Im sorry but why do bathroom partitions need security screws? They are there for a purpose. Maybe something that happened in the past. Are people stealing panels or something?

    • @AlbanyCountyFasteners

      You'd be surprised what some people might steal. It's more just to prevent random people from messing with the installation in any way.

    I think these screws just frustrate people that honestly need to repair something. I thief is going to get what he wants. Just a whole set of screws and associated tools to piss you off because you don’t have what you need. Then you go to a local store and they look at you like you’re crazy. You order it online and project has to wait. Makes no sense.

      Very true! When tamper proof fasteners are installed they are designed to be very difficult to remove unless you have the proper tools to do so. If you need to fix stuff that's often secured with tamper proof security fasteners, might I recommend a security set to make a little less of a pain: www.albanycountyfasteners.com/Bit-Driver-Sets-s/1050.htm
