Love the build. I want one. Need a general price on once you get it done please. I may just order the boat pre-welded. I have zero welding skills, etc. Damn cool. Thnx
Hey man I’m rewatching the whole build series…. Iv heard you mention a bunch of times needing help flipping the jet boat over… I can’t help but notice the I-beam directly above your head and how perfect that would be for a lift point
You could have saved time and just TIG welded the holes in and then added your structure so if there was a catastrophic failure this way you wouldn't have had to build the whole CNC table just for that one little piece??????
@@MakingStuff anytime man keep up the good work on the videos. I understand where you come on with the lazy cuz after you weld so much it starts to suck!
Thanks for watching! Let me know what you think of the project so far!
this is legit, can't wait to see more of ur videos
Cool looks like your are putting effort into making it nice , looking forward to seeing it working
Thanks 👍
Getting close to the wet boat day huh? Thanks for the video keep on keeping on.
👍🏻👍🏻 Hey Bob that thing is going to be cool in the Duck !!!
I hope so!
Making Progress!
Glad to watch how you install your bracket in your engine ka-Metal
Very Nice! Very logical way of going about things! The cnc sure makes things pretty regardless of the time it takes!
It's coming along nicely. Soon you'll be doing a test run.
I hope so. Thanks for watching!
Thankyou 👍
I have never welded aluminum but I was still surprised by how fast you zipped through them, then the warps were revealed.
Yeah, gotta wait for stuff to cool down before continuing. Thanks for watching!
the bearing plate at 1:48 sec, ya had on backwards, hole are bevel inside to mount it flush with bearing and down pins

I don't trust that I-beam. It was installed by the previous owners of the house. I'd like to find a way to get rid of it.
Looking good 👍
Thanks 👍
How does that welding gun compare to the conventional ones?
It works great.
Pretty cool !!
Thanks fow watching!
