Its important to follow your dreams outside of farming, I just opened up a furniture store and I am so excited to integrate plant starts and veggie sales throughout the summer. Yesterday was crazy so today I take the moment to say WOW, JM this is heart warming man, love it, love the concept. I think we have similar goals in what we want gardening to be about. I hear your story about learning from guys like Elliot Coleman, and I am so happy I've been able to learn from you, and others like you! I am 36 and my wife and I have went all in for our farm using these principles. One year I will have to peal myself away to come see you!

I love the concept and wish you the best. Purveyor's will test your dedication. They want to provide everything and won't give lowest costs unless you allow them to provide everything. If you earn 5 percent after all the sharks are paid you are doing good. Competing using your own or locally raised products will be difficult. Doesn't mean it is impossible. Beware of the sharks!
You know you say there’s no money in restaurants, yes if you don’t know what your doing. There’s no money in agriculture in general thats a total lie. If your an old school nitrate, GMO king your going to fail. Best of luck in your awesome adventure please kept it in your videos.
