QUESTION - 12:06 "Trusts can not register during the amnesty period an item that was not attached to the schedule A on the trust prior to the rule being in affect." This needs more clarification. If a person/family uses a trust for NFA items, why would they have a schedule of assets for a braced pistol before January 31? It would not have needed to be in the NFA trust to begin with.
Great show guys! Don't feel bad Eric, I do the same thing! As long as you always bring it home, your gtg! It's tough not to nowadays, all this crap is connected to the swamp!
I still haven't seen an answer for: Once you pull off your brace and have a legal, naked, smooth tube AR pistol. What if you SHOULDER that naked buffer tube? Is that still considered illegal? Even though it doesn't have a brace? We're back to the same question as before- when it was WITH a brace.
I have to say something related to this brace situation. Here in CT we are already considered the most anti 2nd amendment state in the country. We have “other firearms” which basically are New England’s work around to have all the fancy weapons all the free red states can have. My BIGGEST gripe that I’ve ever dealt with was how before this whole brace fiasco happened, the shops here in CT were selling “others” with no problem. After the rule came out, all of a sudden every single one of these pansies out here no longer wanted to touch others and “didn’t want to risk their license.”
A point that I like to make is that the ATF says that SBRs need to be regulated under the NFA because they are extra super dangerous. Then, they turn around and say that there have been tens of millions of "illegal SBRs" in private hands for the last 10+ years... yet no huge rise in crime using SBRs. Funny how that works...

"Rifles are kosher, pistols are kosher, why isn't something in the middle kosher?" Look at the history of the NFA. Upon drafting, it contained machine guns, moderators, and handguns, because they felt their concealable nature made them too dangerous. They later added SBR, SBS, and AOW to close perceived loopholes around the handguns they felt would achieve the same concealability. They then removed the handguns before passing, rendering the inclusion of the three later categories pointless. Bureaucrats still get a great sense of accomplishment from doing the pointless.

I worked for a Title II manufacturer back in the early 2000s. He didn’t put any additional markings on commercially produced lower receivers he converted to post samples. Has something changed since then?
It's meant to be confusing. It's been this way with the tax code for decades. One of my tax professors always pointed out that 100 different CPAs will take the same information and come up with 100 different answers to what is owed to the IRS.
The one question that I have not heard is: Who (the actual person) is ultimately responsible for this ATF action? Where does the buck stop? Who gave the order?
This is migraine inducing. Thanks for clarifying and keeping it funny. How about a shoulder pad that mates to a buffer tube?😂🤣 You guys already answered the sling question.😁✌️❤️🙏
Was the old Blunderbus with its funnel shaped muzzle not an early model of a SBR??? That's historical content and it was also in common use in the Colonies too!!! Makes it legal, doesn't it???
I’m not a “gun person” nor do I own a gun, although I have been watching all of this from afar just taking it all in for the last several years, listening to both sides of the street present their cases and if you decide to comply and register your legal firearms you don’t seem to be part of the solution.
When ATF first came out with the registration tax for iMac machine guns was written that there was supposed to be two more animosity acts for machine guns that never happen
What's really funny is that it is "legal" to turn a pistol into a rifle by adding a barrel at least 16" long and then complete the rifle conversion by adding a shoulder stock as long as the overall length is more than 26"--just adding a longer barrel to a pistol doesn't turn it into a rifle.
👀 I've got a 16 inch barrel and a side arm so I'm not affected now but eventually they'll come for me if this is allowed to continue... I know a freak show when I see it and this is insane.
I want to know if the brace rule actually bans those foam cheek rest covers that typically come on Pistol buffer tubes under the surface area definition, while idiotic if true, I see alot people saying that the foam cover on buffer tubes on AR pistols is illegal too now.
To be fair, we were already incurring extra cost attempting to follow the law as it is was. An SBA4 brace is almost $100 but what I really want is a B5 SOPMOD for $35 to do the same job. Can anybody honestly say the brace is safer?
@@KB-nt7eg At 6:35 Eric says "I do think it's very unfair that you bought this item in good faith because they told you you could do it and for 10 years it's been completely ok ... you did your due diligence. And then to think that in order to comply with something that's not even a law, you have to incur extra cost and buy some extra part or incur some other form of cost..." So he's saying we bought the braces and braced pistols to try to comply in good faith, which is true and I agree. I'm saying that expense was already an extra cost at that point, and it should just be legal to use* stocks with short barrels. Stocks that are, by the way, cheaper than braces. We were spending extra money in good faith already before they dropped this barnfull of straw.
What I want to know is, when it’s found unconstitutional , are the people who submitted for amnesty going to be rejected or reversed? Or will they let it be optional?
All of you have to understand that we are going to lose our ability to exercise our 2A rights for 1 big simple reason: We have lost the public schools. I know this because I AM a public school teacher. Teachers can't even MENTION guns anymore at school, let alone TEACH about how important gun rights are. The only time students get to hear about or talk about guns is if we're doing an active shooter lock down drill or a kid gets in trouble for doing as simple as making a "finger" gun. Millions of students getting 12 years of nothing but seeing guns in a negative light WILL make us lose our ability to exercise our rights.
they did that to me in school about the bad men of the 1900s and saying communism was good. Then never talk about the 100 million Christians who were murdered under the new tiny hat rulers that got rid of the royal family.
I think they did the whole "its ok to shoulder and have" for 10 years knowing that millions of law abiding citizens would adopt them. Then unleash a new rule that requires law abiding citizens to register to remain law abiding was a by design to start the process of a national registration.
Maybe... The government is doing these things ie. Brace ruling, bump stock ban and everything else they do knowing that it won't fly but it makes everything so hard to understand and frustrating that the average gun owner just gives up and not bother with any NFA item at all? Just a thought.
I’m getting two versions of being compliant: 1. Removing the pistol brace and the adjustable braced buffer tube, and installing a smooth buffer tube, or what you said; removing the brace only and leaving the adjustable buffer tube on. Which is it??

Don't give them a single penny. Make the ATF IRRELEVANT.
I think it's more than that.
@@dealspeed6756 it’s all control, we call them gun grabbers, because they have to grab at any guns they can take, even when it makes zero sense.
The nastiest swamp mud, is found in DC. The Swamp is deep and full of terrors. FJB! Thanks for the share!!
Yoh might do well to rewind and see if you can catch what was said .sbout Trump also
Brace for impact!!
Good job Chad 👍. Keep Eric on point.
I worked for a Title II manufacturer back in the early 2000s. He didn’t put any additional markings on commercially produced lower receivers he converted to post samples. Has something changed since then?
The Yoda stuff at the end made me laugh. Keep up the good work!
It's meant to be confusing. It's been this way with the tax code for decades. One of my tax professors always pointed out that 100 different CPAs will take the same information and come up with 100 different answers to what is owed to the IRS.
Solid creators that yoda impression had me balling at the end 😂
We love your tangents
The one question that I have not heard is: Who (the actual person) is ultimately responsible for this ATF action? Where does the buck stop? Who gave the order?
The ATF didn't do this on their own, they were ordered to by the senile old man who hates guns in the white house.
Joe Biden.
When did the ATF start writing Law????
They damn sure don't. It's way past time to remind those Bitches who's Boss.
Join us!!! You already have the right attitude. If your in the US buy a rifle.
Thanks for the informative video boys!!! 🇺🇸
I love how there's a piece of gaff tape over the Gator Frameworks logo on the microphone boom lol.
Take the brace off and your okay. It also says to be in compliance you have to modify the brace so it can't be used or destroy it.
You sound like a liberal
Nice hair cut.......🤠😎🤠😎🤠
Thanks and carry on
I'm gonna use the left leaners to get my way. "Did you just assume my barrel length?! How dare you assume my fire control groups preference!!!??!?"
You guys are fantastic as usual 😁👍
I had bought a 😮colt 1911in utah when I was 20 in the army back in 1985 stationed at dugway proving grounds.
👀 I've got a 16 inch barrel and a side arm so I'm not affected now but eventually they'll come for me if this is allowed to continue... I know a freak show when I see it and this is insane.
"It's an exciting time to be alive " epic statement 🤣
I’m from the Government and here to make your life Clear as Mud! 😂
Good thing there's such things as water filters, lol!
Worked for DOE 31 years. Two different nuke plants. Primus puts it best on these lettered government agencies, "My name is Mud".

Loooool Eric's Yoda voice is amazing
Shall not be infringed is the solution
I want to know if the brace rule actually bans those foam cheek rest covers that typically come on Pistol buffer tubes under the surface area definition, while idiotic if true, I see alot people saying that the foam cover on buffer tubes on AR pistols is illegal too now.
Paracord is probably illegal too
ATF said a cover is ok.
glockstore recorded the AFT training and has it posted on their UA-cam channel.
To be fair, we were already incurring extra cost attempting to follow the law as it is was. An SBA4 brace is almost $100 but what I really want is a B5 SOPMOD for $35 to do the same job. Can anybody honestly say the brace is safer?
What are you even asking. What point are you making?
You sound like the comments they were talking about in the video Lol
@@KB-nt7eg At 6:35 Eric says "I do think it's very unfair that you bought this item in good faith because they told you you could do it and for 10 years it's been completely ok ... you did your due diligence. And then to think that in order to comply with something that's not even a law, you have to incur extra cost and buy some extra part or incur some other form of cost..."
So he's saying we bought the braces and braced pistols to try to comply in good faith, which is true and I agree.
Probably going to reverse it but keep all the info of registering it in their system.
We like the longer videos.. You can go up to 2hrs or more. We're totaly fine.
I joined GOA 3 years ago and send them additional funding on a monthly basis.
was it an assault rock? Cane & Able. Great stuff.
Came for the topic, stayed for the Yoda impression!
That Yoda impression just killed me 😂😂😂😂😂
I freaking love this Chanel. 😀
Maybe... The government is doing these things ie. Brace ruling, bump stock ban and everything else they do knowing that it won't fly but it makes everything so hard to understand and frustrating that the average gun owner just gives up and not bother with any NFA item at all? Just a thought.
The old shotgun method.. They're also getting rid of menthol cigarettes.
Loved the whole video guys
The constitution is the most important thing. It doesn't fail us ever.
Common use figure is 200k based on SCOTUS. WHEN considered the stun gun as a bare arm and in common use...
Eric is my favorite. Never failed me.
These type of videos are the best.
I’m getting two versions of being compliant: 1. Removing the pistol brace and the adjustable braced buffer tube, and installing a smooth buffer tube, or what you said; removing the brace only and leaving the adjustable buffer tube on. Which is it??
