The Holiday is mine and my husband move. It came out on our first date. We watch it every year for anniversary. We’ve been together for 17 years and married 16. I’m glad you’re feeling better. I loved your Halloween display.

I've truly enjoyed your Vlogtober episodes, getting to see the scenery in England, keep up with your family, and follow along with your life. My favorites were Mia, the drives, meal prep, your lovely Mom, the crafty content, your sketches, and the book talk! I love The Holiday, and it makes we wish I could come visit you all but not have you leave to my house in the US (Arizona 🌵)! 😂😊 I am glad you are getting through your antibiotic course and feeling better! Thank you so much for continuing with Vlogtober through your illness. I'm so late in finishing up your vlogs that I do hope by now you are done with the antibiotics and feeling more like yourself. I also appreciate the list of books, which I printed out for future reference. I'm feeling impressed with myself for having already read some of them. Can hardly wait to catch up with your book vlog and whatever else of yours that I have not watched yet.

I've enjoyed joining you and your family for vlogtober. Sorry you were feeling poorly for much of it. Hope you feel better for November. Your joy at a new vacuum made me laugh as I've ordered a new mop for the tiles in our new extension and can't wait for it to arrive. We're so easily pleased. Lol!

Oh, Ali, thank you so much! That was such a lovely treat to catch up on all your Vlogtobers! I was so worried they'd end before you were feeling better (and then we'd all be messaging you to see how you're doing!) but thankfully you're on the mend! I hope that continues to be the case and that you're back to feeling completely well soon! I always love visiting no matter what you're doing - no need for bells and whistles EVER - it's just so lovely to be cooking and knitting and visiting with you just being YOU and it's so lovely seeing your wonderful family, including your lovely mum, a highlight always; please thank her for that amazing story!! I laughed so hard when the child only took one. I live in the US and our neighborhood is insane on Halloween. We bought 150 full size candy bars and ran out by 700pm. Even with the full size bars, several children attempted to take more than one, lol. (Usually the tiny children who didn’t quite get the concept). I need a new plan for next Halloween because full size candy is very expensive for over 270 children. (One of my neighbors did a head count).

Ali I awesomely enjoyed your vlogtober. It was the highlight of my gym workout. I will miss you so much 😢.I really thought you was very brave talking about your J Pouch. I found it sad that you had to go through all of that to end up feeling better. It was the same for me but another autoimmune disease which took away all my freedom but after 13 years of struggle I am much better like you. However I know this month has been hard but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Please keep up the good work with your podcasting it is so down to earth I can really relate. Have you read "Mad Honey" by Jodi Piccoult? I think Lilia would really like it too. As single working mom never did Halloween publicly, just a pumpkin pie , popcorn and Charlie Brown on TV if I was even home. Evening daycare was much more holiday oriented. Be glad you CAN have alcohol again, with this neuromuscular disease was told strictly NONE ever again which of course makes me very much want some. sigh.
