Thanks so much for this tutorial! I've been searching for awhile to find one on the look I'm trying to achieve but they have all been slightly off, or are for PS. This is exactly what I needed!
Thanks for this tuto !! It's so cool to find media like this ! I have a problem when i want to generate a gradient mesh, at 4:00 my shape is black and white gradient. I don't understand why, because just beforer sthis step, my shape is a correct gradient with the rgiht colors. (thanks a lot for your help)
I just discovered you, XUYU (and subscribed!); so please forgive a stupid question: What do the letters in the lower left box (like "iaia" at 5:01) indicate? Thank you, from an Illustrator novice!
They literally went through the steps. Where's your confusion? They selected both and hit "Blend". One is a higher opacity than the other so blending the 2 creates the shadow effect.
wowwww! thats so cool!) Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for subscribing. 😀They are my keystrokes of shortcuts: "i" is the Eyedropper tool, "a" is the Direct selection tool.
can someone plz explain to me what he/she does at 10:50 with the little circle? how does he/she make it blend out like that?

Hi, thank you so much for this tutorial!! Can I ask what typeface that is that says Liquid Holographic? I'm in love! 😍
It's SF Pro from Apple 😊
this is the freeform gradient tool not the gradient mesh tool
Thanks for pointing that
freeform gradient tool for the background, gradient mesh tool for the object (liqiud).
