first, thank you for these videos, they're really informative, and make me wish I lived closer to you... didn't know the electrical was pulled vertical with these panels, so, learned another thing today 🍻 do you offer the assembly manual to everyone, even if there's little to no chance we'll build together? I'm gathering information and knowledge for when I do start my house, and I'm pretty much sold on SIPs 🙈
Absolutely. Just go to our website and request information or shoot us an email to info@ecopanelsoftn.com. Someone will get a copy to you. Thanks for watching!
Generally, no, but we could have a discussion on the application and see if it's something we would recommend or not. Can it be done? Yes. Should it be... is another question. Let us know if you would like to have a phone or email conversation to discuss. Thanks!
Hi there, do you guys not place a strip of damp proof membrane between your sole plate and the concrete slab? I believe that’s the practice here in the UK.
Great comment, and I think that's a pretty standard practice in a lot of areas, so yes. Keep in mind we don't build, and don't provide the sole plate. We're a material provider of SIPs. So generally speaking, those type of building products and processes should be maintained for local codes and practices. Thanks for the question!
@@ajdinzolota3398 - Thanks for the question. Depends on the plans, door / window openings, etc. If you have a plan, we'd be happy to provide an estimate.

Do you make below grade sips using pressure treated plywood?

Rob, thank you for continuing to produce these videos. Eco-Panels are the only way to go! Very happy to have built my house with them!
So glad you had a great experience! You all were great to work with. Thank you!
How much did the walls and roof cost?

@@EcoPanelsofTennessee thanks 😊
I found the plane I like . It’s very simple , but the developer must approve it first !
@@ajdinzolota3398 We'll look forward to hearing from you! Hope we can help!
