    Hi, one question: No a 3 seconds pause at the end of inspiration? in autogen dranaige the creator Dr Cheavilier says we must make a pause, to give time to the aire to arrive to the most congestionate alveoli, those who are most important to drenaige.

      You hold after the inspiration :) Just before your expiration ! then the aire can go from one alveoli to another (I hope you understand my english ;))

      ​@@bhavnasewram8272 End-inspiratory holds allow airflow into poorly ventilated regions of the airway. This is due to collateral ventilation. However, it should not be done if the patient is breathless because it can upset their breathing pattern. (Hough, 2017, p. 187)

      Hufing is only used ACBT not in autogenic drainage

      When you move the secretions to the top of your lungs, that's when you can gently cough or huff. (Hough, 2017, p. 208)
