Don't shift so early. If you push it hard to 7000 and begin with 2.500 revs full throttle and slightly whining tyres you are much faster. But you must deactivate traction control first ! My MK1 2.0 Trend goes in ~7.5 secs to 100. No joke. Great car with free reving to 7.000 and more without turbo. There were a lot of cars in the past who were second against this sleeper...

Yeah I have the 2.0 zetec too and peoplr just dont expect it and then I disappear. But sadly I have vacuum leaks so the changes the whole car
