It seems like the higher up you are In rank, the less the changes affect you. It’s been interesting to hear the different takes from people at different ranks. I’m glad you are going to be ok. I will have to use the pods in the car because I’m sad about losing the car bars.
Yes it makes sense since the more monthly PRV you have, the less these changes will affect you, except for the bundle & save. You should still have empathy for those that it does affect though. While some may think it’s not a big deal, it may be a big deal for others to adjust to.
I don’t like that they are offering to different prices for the wax bar bundles. I would have preferred they pick one and not have to make the customer have to contact the consultant to get the better price. That makes it inconvenient for the customer and for a lot of consultants. I also wish the live would have come first besides just dropping the news in the workstation. These were big changes. Overall I feel Scentsy did a poor job of communicating. There are so many things they could have done better. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
Thank you guys, you’ve been stellar at everything. So proud to be a consultant in your team. I’m happy our opinions align, still holding my breath for scentsy to re-think some of these harsh changes, I believe it’s not too late. As a hobbyist for scentsy, I only do occasional sales to friends and family so it affects me big time. I also feel the directors/consultants that are being condescending at addressing these changes make it 3x worse, integrity in the company has been breached by downgrading the permanent raise to not permanent after all so them dealing with it using a you-don’t-get-it armor is definitely not the way to go.
I just watched a really patronizing video done by a high up consultant and it was disgusting. Of course she couldn't care less that this will greatly affect so many people.

I’m a long time costumer and newbie consultant so I’m still processing. I love the products so much, I feel like the warmers are even with a few design challenges that I’ve seen this year, are so superior to anything on the market and I appreciate the companies transparency on labor (meaning the factory workers) policies. I love that you are making space for the diverse impacts of this. I honestly would not be surprised if there are more changes announced in and around March. I have no insight on that but I would expect that they are looking closely at numbers and will be working towards being agile in their response. As someone who has melted Christmas Cottage in her home every year since I think 2009 as a holiday tradition I really home they navigate these waters successfully.
Yet the company recently took a bunch of higher-up consultants to Tahiti on a luxury vacation! I saw many pictures and videos. Very deluxe. Seems so wrong.
What a great point to bring up, the trips that the top consultants on....how about they stop the trips to save money, instead of these changes that will cause some of us Consultants leave Scentsy........I'm not sure what I will do about remaining a consultant, I'm only at a Certified level, since 2018 🇨🇦 Love your point Stacie
Great video, appreciate it…I just became certified so the commission doesn’t really affect me. Because I’m used to making 20%, my pws I will shut down. I’m my only customer. I do plan to slow down on Scentsy bc I have too much of both warmers and wax. I really feel bad ones affected greatly by these changes. I agree with everything you are unhappy with, especially the minimum party threshold and losing the 25% commission if we don't reach $250 per month. I've been with Scentsy since 2018 but only purchase for myself, gifts for family and friends and keep my website only for Flash Sales. I truly appreciate your transparency/honesty.❤

I have a feeling Scentsy has something better than the car bars coming out ❤ I’m not sure what I’m going to do yet- I’m just going to see how it plays out for me but I do feel taking away what was said to be lifetime commission only makes me feel I can not trust Scentsy to be a company I would actually put my energy towards if they feel it’s okay to do something like that. At times, i thought to sell and try to make some money from this but I’m glad I never did and i stayed a “hobbyist” - I will never sell or recruit and these changes sealed that for me which is my silver lining in all this❤

I never went into Scentsy to make money. A little extra cash and getting some money back on what I purchase. Not sure what I'm going to do just yet. Great video.. I’m a customer, not consultant, I love it, I love the few consultants who do videos and share their time and input with us all, there are not many I enjoy and you and Brad have been so much fun to watch. I hope the company, as many companies have had to do, are making decisions to stay in business, I work for a large company, they make decisions we all don’t understand, but we know they are trying to stay ahead of the game. I’m sure that’s what Scentsy is doing.. I love my consultant, she is the reason I started buying and enjoying way more than I ever thought I would. I see some groups of consultants bashing her the other day on a live, not a good feeling to see that. I don’t think anyone bashing the company is ready to give up their large clubs they have had for years, so I understand they are angry. I appreciate your time and positive input, you’ve put a lot into this channel and selling and enjoying product: I’m like you, vendor wax is not for me. I want to try new things when I want to try them.. placing a pre order for product I may or may not like and then may never be able to get again, not for me. Thank you so much! Praying this helps the company and you all keep moving forward … I have never ordered the 6 bar bundle. Club is my preferred way.

As a customer for years now, I love to just order myself. Sometimes I accidentally order wrong bars and get mad at myself when my order comes. I feel bad for consultants now when you have to take on this extra, you can’t make a mistake with a customers buy 5, get one free. This would be an extra issue for consultants to remedy. Your videos are always informative.

I'm not happy about the bundle and save and commission changes when a lot of us struggle to reach 2000 PRV each month. I'm hoping World Tour provides more clarification and helps we want to stick around. Because I currently have a mixed attitude about everything.
Hi Brett, I joined Scentsy in mid November 2024 and have earned enough PRV to reach Certified consultant. December was a low month for me too but my primary reason for joining was access to the product with ability to earn some money back. I have a robust quarterly club that will keep me active. My sponsor reaches out regularly and welcomes any questions I have. I will be keeping my website for the same reasons you listed. I’ve been a customer for years and it would be great if they left the buy five bars get one free in place. I love watching your videos!

As a customer I’m disappointed in the bundle and save options because I think they could have saved money on whiff boxes, licensed bars and products and even scent of the months. Do you know when they are going to announce the bars and products that are leaving in February?
I read that the title drops to essential if goal is not met. Also, yes the bars are less strong and less long-lasting than they once were. I've been a consultant for over 11 years.
I’m order to get the buy 5 get one free you have to go directly through your consultant. You aren’t able to order that bundle on the website any longer come March 1st. You will however be able to do 10% off a 6 bar bundle on the website.
I won’t be doing a video. I’ve seen prices go way up. I’ve seen MLMs stop and those people lose what they built. There are a lot of changes but I think it was necessary. I’m only a lead. I buy for myself and do my videos. I have a couple customers and I’m cool with that. I think the changes could have been way worse but they weren’t. Every time there are changes there is uproar. This too will pass. That’s my opinion.

Yes that too. I know a lot of people aren’t comfortable with that. That’s why we offer Venmo and Apple Pay as forms of payment as well.
