What is palm extract? When I googled, it only shows palm shortening or palm sugar , hm?

@@foodwithnage I’ve been making these cookies, I’ve probably made about 3 batches already with minor changes. I don’t include the mashed apples or chocolate, instead I add raisins and walnuts occasionally. Thanks for sharing this recipe because it’s helped me a lot.
