I'd prefer playing either Tetris DS or Lumines, both actually are useful for me to learn puzzle games, i mean i beat Tetris DS just by knowing HOW TO BEAT LUMINES, it's simply amazing

it's all about memorizing the shape, doing a tetris is easy because that's just a straight line, for t spins, its visualizing basically a plus in an empty space with a block that is covering one of the two corners, start by just building a bit and making that shape and it's gonna come to you naturally

You can search up UA-cam tutorials but all you really have to do is just memorise how to do the TKI opener first and when you're comfortable try to follow it up with a second T-spin. Once you do realise the basic patterns of making a follow-up T-spin, you can already confidently say you know how to do T-spins, or rather, preparing the shapes and patterns required for a T-spin. The rest is just playing more and muscle memory

I do have around 300k+ blitz score iirc but my 40 lines is >50s

You can also find spots where the T piece would fit and then cover it up on purpose so that you're forced to do the T-spin to clear those lines

Watch garbo’s t spin guide. Other than that you could use openers like TKI and MKO that have good freestyle T spin follow ups and learn 6-3 stacking
