Some of the flavors are straight bad like the Maple other like the Rose are incredible ! So def pick and choose my thoughts baking and making beer with them.

How much sparkling wine flavoring should be used in a 5 gallon batch?

I made a strawberry watermelon all grain ale using the Clawhammer Supply 20 gallon system. I used 3oz of strawberry and 1.5oz of watermelon in a 5 gallon batch. Came out perfect!!

I would never use Olive Nation again.
I don't want artificial colors in my seltzers. Mine never clarified. The berry flavors are terrible. I agree. The chemical flavor threshold was too close to the flavor they were attempting. Mellowed after several weeks in the keg but it was no good. I want to know what you ACTUALLY use in your hard seltzers.

For the majority of our seltzers we use extracts from Beanilla/spice jungle, along with a little mixed acids and sometimes organic flavoring syrups depending on the flavor :)

@@mcwhitie better than a white claw? Do you consider using citric acid in a new batch?
