I think New Millennium gives more breathing room between sets of step jumps. The stops go along with the song, not really interrupting flow. This song has crossovers for days, jacks that go beyond the usual 2 or 3 steps, and the step jumps are complicated to the uninitiated. Both are definitely 18s, New Millennium just a tad bit lower.
