If your holding a luncheon, DO NOT LET YOUR GUESTS IN EARLY- I had a lady move 4 table numbers because she wanted a better seat in front of the speaker! caused a 25 min. delay in food service (dietary restrictions at some of the tables that were moved among other issues) & a KEY donors table was moved to the outside near the wall. Place 'security' at the door until the program begins.

Is there any rule that need to be followed or things i should be aware of by law that could get us in to trouble or permeants?
It depends on your region / state as they have different rules for different activities; I recommend looking it up for your area!

2. Audience: Poor understanding of your target audience leads to low engagement and participation in fundraising events.
3. Technology: Underutilizing technology.
4. Volunteers: Failing to adequately train volunteers.
5. Legal Compliance: Ignoring legal or compliance issues.
6. Marketing Strategy: Inadequate marketing and promotion efforts.
7. Contingencies: Lack of contingency planning.
8. Story and Impact: Overlooking the importance of storytelling and showcasing the impact of the cause.
9. The Follow-Up: Inadequate follow-up after the fundraising event.
