hey would you ever consider making new training videos in the future? these are great and help me so much with my anxiety(i'm a new hire and it's my first job but i don't feel like i'm being trained all the way) I'm going to try to ask for more help on things but we're always too busy for me to be instructed thoroughly. thank you so much for the vids❤
I am unable to make new videos because I no longer work for Sonic brand. But I will answer whatever question you may have. Try to remember your questions at the end of your shift and come ask a away. Look forward to hearing from you
@@ezramcgee798 not just yet! my last two days of work went pretty well and i'm learning more. I go back tomorrow so i'll let you know if i have any questions!
@@ezramcgee798 i have a question, how do i make a Cherry lime Made because theres so Many and i forget and i always ask for help but they Say i should now it by now
Yeh I had social anxiety but once I got the job at sonic I talk loud and clear and confident it helps but it’s different for me I’m public I’m still shy lol
Good question, Bryan. How the 60/60 rule works is 60 minutes/$60 make a drop. If you have been to work only 30 minutes and you have accumulated $60, make a drop into the safe. If you have been to work more than 60 minutes, but you have accumulated $12, make a drop. This minimizes any possibility of cash error. For example, a customer says you didn't give the correct amount. It will be easier to count down with less money than the entire shift. Another example is that the customer gives you a hundred dollars bill. If you have the money on you, you might give them change for it, but if you don't, then it gives the manager an opportunity to check the bill for you. You should NEVER take large bills without verifying them.
My advice is to view as many of the Sonic related videos for the carhop position. Learn how to give the correct change back. Keep a smile on your face and positive attitude. Learn the core value and principles
Yes!!! That's great. But you might want ask is that correct. $20/hrs plus tips. That's very very good. Please let me know where that Sonic is located so I can apply to be a carhop
It is okay to be nervous for your interview. Just take your time, my eye contact and use mannerism. Let me know how it go. 😌 I look forward to hearing from you.

@sinai4911 A cherry 🍒 limeade is Sprite, a shot of cherry flavor, 1 cherry and lime wedge. Please out the fountain video. It is very informative.
