You have to drain and excise them in the order they appeared in. I think that trying to remove a tumor before you've excised the rest will also cause them to explode, though it's been a while since I played the game, so I'm not sure.
@@gyppygirl2021 yeah, if you don't do it in sequence, say you take out the 3rd one instead of the first one, it'll pop both the first and second tumors, which'll prolly kill your patient lol
@ahron123456 I lost the save file... Have you tried playing on DS first, then use that safe file? I believe that's what I did, but now I don't have my DS anymore.

Nigga went crazy with the gel when closing the wound. Also noticed how you did a star shape when doing some incisions. Waiting for more of this!
