I wonder where this video host "Million Places,One World" is from - you are very fortunate to be able to travel to those fascinating places! ❤❤❤❤ At least, through Google Maps, and people like you, who take the time and effort to bring the rest of the world to us (I have zero money for traveling, unfortunately) we are able to appreciate those places, as much as we possibly can... Thank you for making this terrific video!!! Indeed - the drone shots are beautiful! ❤❤❤😮😮❤
Thank you for your kind words 🙂👍 I was born and raised in the small country - Latvia🇦🇹👌 I've been traveling in Portugal (I also live here now) and investing a lot of money to produce these videos, so for me, the goal is met if people can enjoy them. Sometimes it can be hard to stay motivated, but comments like yours help a lot. Thank you! 🤎🇵🇹
@@millionplacesoneworld Thank you for your reply! You originate in Latvia! By the looks at Google Maps, your city of Riga looks gorgeous! Clean and very handsome buildings and streets! As your Channel name indicates - a Million Places - to explore! (I have just found your Channel and have subscribed! - Best Wishes to You!)
Exactly, I'm from Riga 😁 Latvia is one of the cleanest countries in Europe, that's for sure 👌 But there are many cons as well, which is why we moved to Portugal. Thank you for subscribing, and see you around 🙂
Thank you for showing me these video from portugal , I’m Portuguese but I live in florida and I didn’t know how beautiful portugal is,thank you so much ❤
It's not a movie, it's a TV Series! They film a few shots of the House Of the Dragon - From Game of Thrones in Monsanto! Maybe you're not a fan! Anyway beautiful video! Amazing Drone shots! Been there last month!
Also, what's interesting about that old stone "fort" on that hill is that the stone is perfectly fitted ❤❤❤ together, like a puzzle - like Pachu Pichu is... Amazing - and gorgeous!
Wow...somehow I missed this one. Have to visit here for sure! Amazing. Have you looked up the Caves of Alcobaca for a trip Silver Coast area? Supposed to be pretty cool! Thanks for this awesome video.
Oh, Monsanto is a must-see place for sure. And if you get there without many other tourists, it's pure magic. 😁 You knew I'm going to Alcobaça? Tomorrow! 🫡 I've never heard of caves, though.
@@millionplacesoneworld OMGosh that's funny. I did not know. Can't wait - hear it's a good town! Mira de Aire caves are 40 mins inland from Alcobaca....that must be what some call the Caves of Alcobaca
@@millionplacesoneworld I forgot to write down your email. Will you send again?....I decided to stay 2 places ea. on silver coast for 4 days ea. after Porto so will definitely be looking to do a tour to a couple of the inland places- Obidos, etc. Thanks a lot and good luck editing!
Monsanto looks amazing! I'd only see a few pics in the past, and the video really helps one to appreciate the town. I love your skills with the drone as well, and that footage is extremely helpful to show us all the full area. Thanks for yet another wonderful vid 👍
Looks like you found another beautiful location in PT. Would I live there? I’d certainly would visit for a peaceful visit but would not likely live there since I prefer being near the water and not too hilly. Thank you for your work. 🙏🏻
Hey, thank you for your feedback 👍 I have news, today I posted Monsanto and right now I found another amazing place, tomorrow will start to film...from what I saw today here, I think Portugal is big surprise box🤔 P.s. About the near the water, it is the same for me, love ocean and breeze 🙂
I was there this summer. Absolutely stunning although usually Piódão gets the nod for most authentic Portuguese village. There are many in the area in the Serra de Açor. I also checked out Sortelha which is just as mind blowing with its fortress at the top. Like you said you think your in a movie and this can’t be real but it is. Portugal is full of hidden wonders. A gem of a country
@@millionplacesoneworld the homes in these places are made of schist. There are many around Serra do Açor and other places. Check it out on google. Piódão is a must see but there are others just as spectacular
You made me realize, too, that while I live in a part of the U.S. where there is a lot of stone (New England), we do not have the huge boulders exposed by the elements, here. We have much smaller stone; There may be boulders, here - there is an exposed one in Barre, MA., and some in West Brookfield - but not the exposed, very large stone that you see here, in your video of Portugal! And not in the same quantity, either! Thanks, again for your videos!
Nice, I come from the place where only fruit trees are apple trees, so peach, pomegranate, orange and all other fruit trees in Portugal is so exotic for me 😄 Hope one day I can have a garden with all varieties 🇵🇹💯 Thank you for your comment 👍🏼
Portugal is old and we fought a lot during so many centuries to still exist proudly today being one of the countries with most stable territorial borders in the world for almost 900 years. Monsanto tells a bit of that story
Those kind of places are my passion ❤❤
