    Best to find a life style not a short term diet or one you can stick to. Such as consistently eating smaller portions, less meals per day & most important more consistent & balanced, for me I include as much fruit I can here & there, I use to have a toast for brekkie, lunch & then dinner on most days, now I try to have a meal at lunch only on most days, but don’t limit a biscuit with a coffee before or after, and unlimited fruits. Compared to what I was on before this is much better, biggest one is down sizing meal portion not tiny but not over-eating.

      I did Shane's program for 70 days and was still not able to overcome my Food allergies. Juice fasting is great but it definitely is not the answer to all problems and health issues.

      ​@setfreemiss high candida levels can make you more prone to allergies.also supplementing with good quality vitamin c or getting a good amount through food will help a lot.quercetin is also helpful.

      @@forestrunner8922 yeah, I was a loyal follwer and did Shane's program meticulously. When I told him that I still had food allergies after 70 days of juice fasting, he basically claimed that I did not have the results I wanted because I did not pay for his professional coaching services claiming that most people need coaching when doing a fast. I''m still glad I did the fast.

    I started having g smoothie every morning… leaves me very hungry but I’m liking it. How. An it be more filling? Can I have a green juice with diabetes? One thing I don’t like about raw is how cold it is. Cold smoothie… can I drink it room temp?

    Ive been doing green smoothies every day for 2 years now. And eating some thing w fiber be4 I eat not so healthy. Thats what I tell everyone that cant go all the way.

    The only thing that worked for me was a Hippocrates health institute diet or Gabriel Cousens diet.

    Hey John, are you able to get in touch with Annette Larkins and do an interview with her again? Also, I don’t know about your statement not being able to see through walls, but I’ve had windows most of my life! Lol.

      I did get in touch with Annette last year when I was in the Miami area, but she was not available for an interview. I will continue to try as she is an amazing woman.

    I just eat all raw, fruits mainly …… and some raw veg if I feel to have savoury flavours …… my whole body and especially my my stomach deffo feels better if I just stick to eating all fruits 😊…… been raw vegan now for about 6 years, vegan b4 that & vegetarian before that from the time I was 13 years young 🌱💚🌱
