For your parents to pay tuition fees and that pocket money, they need low prices of commodities and kind of extra allowances e.g.workshops (DSA)....so the best you can do for now is focus on your studies and pray for your parents so that they can get some from their little monthly income to pay for your tuition fees. That should be a prayer for many of you.
