In this video I head to the biggest, town wide flea market in the State. The Packwood flea market is a long standing tradition but this is my first year going and I had such a great time in this carnival style event.

Hello my name is Abby and I am a full time vintage shop owner & owner of two antique booths. I spend my days thrifting and sharing those thrift hauls on UA-cam. I've been self employed for almost 3 years now selling my vintage and antique finds at my brick and mortar store, Abigail's Artful Abode, in Poulsbo, Washington, online on all the major platforms including Etsy, Ebay, Poshmark and Depop and now at my two antique booths. One at Epic Antiques and one at Lander Street Vintage, both large malls in Seattle.
I really am passionate about thrifting and reselling 2nd hand, vintage and antique decor items so they can live and be loved in new forever homes. Oh and vintage clothing is a newer adventure for me so look out for those videos as well!

I've been to both the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend flea markets in Packwood several times--but not post-pandemic. The Labor Day weekend market used to be a bit better with more vendors, but it looks like you did well.
I was really happy with my first visit and will return next year.

Great video as always! Why are you only eating once a day? Is that enough or healthy? Don't deprive yourself to lose weight.
I started on OMAD one meal a day about 2 years ago. It cleared up a lot of digestion issues that I’ve had my whole life and I just feel better eating this way. But when I do eat it’s a large, quality meal, if it isn’t it doesn’t work, there have to be plenty of nutrients and fiber. Lately though I eat twice a day at least a couple of days a week to mix it up.

Great haul as usual. Have you tried eating your biggest meal for lunch and smaller meals for breakfast and dinner? I know you’ve been to France several times and that’s how they eat there.
That’s funny because that’s how I was eating in France 🇫🇷 but they did consist of a lot of patisserie items. But at home my gut prefers just one big healthy meal.

It wasn’t only because I spent a week watching UA-cam videos on how bad sugar is on your body. But, big but, I replaced it with keto bliss balls I make myself and Greek yogurt and fruit. Apparently there are dozens of low carb desserts you can make.
The wooden "planter" is Japanese "Hibachi" fire bowl.
