I’m soon to be 70 and just opened a booth and EBay thanks to your enthusiasm. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and had great teachers growing up. Now, if I just had more storage room.

Cool stuff. That quilt! Oh my it was gorgeous. My grandmother used to make these gorgeous quilts out of all her grandchildren’s old clothes, velvets, corduroy, wools, etc. I had one in all these jewel tones. It finally just wore out. That one you found is fabulous. I bet it sold quickly.

How fun! I sure miss traveling and shopping overseas! I can do so vicariously through you!

I always shop at Grace's Treasure Hunt, so I didn't get the chance to shop in LA Grange. So thanks for the tip! Interesting fact, that is the town that Zz Top sings about!!! ( the song is actually called LA Grange. The song is about a house of "ill repute". The movie "The best little Wh*rehouse in Texas" is also based on that house. The house is gone now)🤭

Gurl!! At 10:29 you arrived at my friend's place!! That's Grace's Treasure Hunt in Carmine Texas. She has the best prices!! I have shopped with her for years! She is also a real estate agent. She helps me with so much!! You should go back for the Warrenton Antique Fair, every spring and fall. This is when all the vendors are out to sell. It's 10 MILES of sales!!!

When I saw it I said to myself it's upside down and then you flipped the drawer when the whole thing should have been flipped with door on top. 4:04 Did you go to the actual Round Top sale? There are miles and miles of fields of vendors, and I didn't see any of that in your video footage.

Thx for taking us along. I always appreciate when folks walk us thru their antique shopping journeys with them bc I can imagine it's not easy to shop and video at same time. I'm an experienced Round Top Antique Festival shopper; however, I've never ventured out into the neighboring cities and your video opened the possibilities to other places that I have to visit now!

It is just amazing that I've been to Round Top 50 times and never went in the same stores you did. Some I've never heard of. The prison art was amazing and such a steal. You found so many great pieces. I do love Blue Hills, tho. Their prices don't scare me. What I hate to see there are all the newly made wood pieces from Indonesia trying to disguise themselves as antique like dough bowls, bread boards, etc. You see the tractor trailer rigs bringing that stuff in by the ton. Wish they would vet out all new stuff. Dealers will give you the sales pitch that they are antique and they know they are not -- just out for a buck. I even got caught up on those blue glass jars -- then I saw them everywhere. Some of the linens you showed are not French, they are German. I am going to try Boon & Co. next time. Marburger Farm is my favorite place for all the high end stuff. Loved your video!

Have u been to the Canton Flea Market held every month. Canton is about 11/2 hrs. from Dallas. I think you would love it. Sorry our weather wasn’t more hospitable. I always enjoy your videos.

I love the peacock 🦚 wall planter. That sunset was amazing! Grace of Grace ....the big cream planter in the front ❤️ the owner looked/appeared so nice. Loved the big horse head 🐴 Her prices are better than our Goodwill stores in the Phoenix area. Hugs .....for having to go to Walmart. I've avoided one for years, knock wood. When in Texas (or New Nexico, Arizona) try pawn shops and small vintage shops for vintage turquoise, spiny oyster, and coral native jewelry. Tramp art, prison art....my absolute favorites.
