Hey Nikhil, can you make a tutorial on different ways to create secondary animation? For instance, I can create a burst animation to use as secondary animation, however there are other exampls also, such as a ripple effect etc. can you show those? Basically a tutorial that shows different examples of secondary animation, and how to implement them from scratch in After Effects would be awesome, thanks!

Same. Once I got to the the main animation, and duplicated them, it wouldn’t let me use any liquify tools. It would stay as the arrow rather than changing to the brush
@@athenwilton-wright621 so they don’t call these settings the same thing on after effects 2023 you just have to select the layer and then there’s toggles for alpha or invert next to it

How is it that when you duplicate layers, its not showing any numbers or sequence? I want mine like yours aswell, how do you turn off the sequential duplicate option in after effects?

Yes, you can , you'd have to Rotoscope a lot and it could be quite tricky as well
when i change the track matte of the text to alpha it doesn't cut off the text at all. I have the scale to the exact values too

my track matte setting don't have alpha or any of the other ones

"View>Show Layer Control" (Shift+Ctrl+H) set to OFF.
Help? I don't see the column for "track and matte" at the text composition
3 small icons are there at the bottom left of the timeline, Click on the center icon, & you are done.

when you apply the scale wipe effect it also give a point controller to control the effect just select it and drag, let me know if this helps

png isn't a video format...there is a transparent background toggle on the preview screen if you want to export with no background.
