Prime with warm white, use pale yellow, light cool pink. Sure it still might take 4-5 coats total. But dang, that lady doesn't know anything at all about color. I'm wondering if they checked her references, or if they hired someone with very little experience, fresh out of school or something like that to save on her salary.

The restaurant is still up and running today with the same owners. Upgraded to a 5 star on google and is actually very successful. I go there almost twice a week. The girls are older and actually the main servers, Joe and his wife are thriving and everything is going great. People need to remember that this is a tv and not everything they see is real. Things can be edited in and out and made to fit a false narrative.

If the dining room is nice & clean, you can at least get a lot more business walking in for at least one meal. Alter the food according to the customer, then upgrade the kitchen more.

OK - unreality TV is scripted, and he was invited whether Joe wanted him there or not, but Adam knows that if he walked into any family-owned restaurant in Melbourne and started telling the cooks how to do their job he would be shown the door very quickly. The food down there is exceptional but I suspect that many of Joe's customers would be stunned by the bill for a family of five in a Melbourne restaurant. I wish them well.
