Marty worked for my Dad in Arizona around 1951 at a refinery. Dad said he (Marty) would work there during the day and then go to the local radio station and sing live in the evening. Pretty cool, yes?
All his songs brings back fond memories to me and I get very emotional listening to the lyrics. Ya, Marty is definitely one of my top favourite singers.

Marty's falseto transition is perfect. A perfect moment captured in time... I feel like a mosquito in a nudist colony: I know what to do, but, I don't know where to start!

Wonderful voice and great song. He looks so good in this clip. Pity he let himself go with that crazy combover lookmand jousts he later inmlife.
