Boca has the lines "Why do you fill your precious time with hate" and "Too many angels dying now", which points to the effects those comments can have. Several Kpop idols have committed suicide in recent years, most likely because of cyber-bullying, but this is also about all the unnamed people who suffer from online bullies. A girlgroup tackling such a subject impresses the hell out of me. They literally go to war in this video and tell haters to go and shut their "Boca" in the lyrics. And the song is absolutely awesome! Who said you can't have three different musical genres in one song?
Boca was the song that finally got them enough popularity to be secure, which is honestly insane. Going into Boca there was a sense that it might be their last based on interviews I've seen from that time. I think dami came out and said afterward that Boca saved them. Which, again, is insane and the Korean General Public are still sleeping on them.
You mentioned Handong around 2:35/2:40. She doesn't appear in the MVs for the Dystopia series. She was filming a show in China and couldn't leave due to the COVID pandemic and restrictions at the time. She is represented by the masked dancer in each video.
