Anything is possible it isn't fake or real until proven otherwise but it is fun to speculate regardless what is fiction and reality. Speculation brings mystery and fun and brings out the imagination many seem's to lose when they grow up. Imagination = Creativity, yet in today's world there's more people stealing content, copying others and trends thousands follow rather than being original, creative and make their own stuff. Imagination and creativity is dying. But Ttar still has a powerful imagination and I'm all for it. Keep up the great videos man! Live life!
About the “scrapped ideas” being reworked into later titles (if it’s true), Viola being a ghost gym leader who captured paranormal stuff with her camera seems like it became Acerola’s trial in the abandoned Thrifty Megamart in the Alola games

I would love a pokemon game with random references to other franchises like this.
Like the first trainer you battle on route 1 being named nes, a player named star with a team of pokemon themed and named around star fox charecters, a side story to catch calyrex where you team up with a trainer named link, ect.
Even easier is mystery gifts of pokemon named after other characters or just given their OT,
Kirby= jigglypuff
Bowser= turtonator
Yoshi=tyrunt
Ect.
It’s fairly rare, but they have done some reference trainers in the past. In Let’s Go, you can find trainers named after actors who played Batman, and they use Golbat.
Hold on... Grant's whole deal is ROCK CLIMBING, not BIKING. Am I missing something here? He does NOT look like a Cyclist. He looks like a typical rock climber. That's the whole deal with his Gym- you are CLIMBING across colorful ROCKS to reach the Gym Leader. Is there a character who says Grant is a Cyclist?
He seems to be both but more known for rock climbing. I opened up y just now and there is an npc that says that he lost to him in the last race. There might be more npcs but that was just me quickly going through Cyllage City that is known for bike races and is also home to Grant's gym.

You have to take into account the time period the games were released at that time kids were more educated during early 2000s when Ruby sapphire and emerald came out
And limited Internet and news especially about video games were scarce so most kids would work together to solve the regi puzzles through trial and error
Tbf, the most basic ideas for xy would've been in development during bw. Back then they put put much more effort into their games until that "backfired". It would make sense if they scraped all these crazy ideas when they realized they had to cut as many corners as possible, especially with the leap into 3d.
I thought it was interesting how when you fight xerneas and yveltal in x and y the background looks like some kind of alien planet. Lysandre's also looks like that so maybe we were supposed to go to space or something?
Another idea for the Year of Luigi thing, it could have given you a shiny Haunter for trade (that would evolve) and then would be a remodeled shiny Gengar, where it is actually white, like Mega and Gigantamax Gengar are.
Edit: 10:29 So in the XYZ anime, Alexa has a role where she is investigating Team Flare, and even shows up multiple times in the last few episodes to help Ash and friends. Maybe that part was scrapped because they want to keep the games and anime similar, but the exact same. Or maybe thats what was planned for pokemon XZ/YZ/Z or whatever gen 6 kalos game would come after XY. 11:26 also, there is a scene in the anime where Team Flare uses a Malammar to hypnotize Serena and Meowth, so they could have used something like that in the games to capture Alexa
she also is a supporting character in the gen 5 anime

Doubt it's true but... I think it would've been fun to have a Gengar or Rotom variant dressed as Luigi. Perhaps a special Poltergust Rotom variant with Aeroblast

Using that guy to tell a creepy story to then inmediately fight a shiny mega gengar that once defeated/caught would drop in the ground a king's rock would have been a pretty cool easter egg.

Shiny mega Gengar could have been the Boo in the Luigi event. All Gamefreak/Nintendo had to do was making him hold a Kings Rock or drop one after battle so that we know he had a crown, it was King Boo. And a catchable shiny mega Gengar would have been awesome.

I think for the scrapped scary house event,they could've had when the player sees a boo and it makes the boo sound,and the player would interact with it,and would end up battling a haunter with a Luigi hat and Luigi gloves,and you would catch it,because it would be a special event pokemon,like Ash hat Pikachu,balloon Pikachu,az floette,ash Greninja,etc.

Still feels like a hoax. Team flare were just flashy rich people. Lysandre just liked the color red, and with the high standards of style in Lumiose, of course they would be "fashionable." It is the gen where we got a real good wardrobe for the player characters afterall.

Maybe that is why the Pokeball Factory theme sounds soo much like X-Files.
I think the Team Flare being aliens idea is actually legitimate since we only see the eyes of Lysandre amongst all of their members. The Viola and Alexa thing also makes sense because why the hell was Alexa in the game

Idk the Year of Luigi stuff doesn't seem as credible, the only other time there was some kind of Mario reference in Pokémon that I can think of was that one April Fool's joke where a magazine claimed you could get a Yoshi in your game as a pokémon.
The gym leader part also seems contradictory, unless they were two separate points in development; ALL the gym leaders were sports themed, but the first one is a photographer? 🧐📸

Unsure if anywhere else but today Legends ZA has started popping up for preorder in New Zealand and says release date is 14/02/2025, which is exactly 2 weeks before the next Pokémon day
I would take these date with a grain of salt,we don't even know at which point of development this game is,cause we got only a teaser,not even a real trailer(which most likely we'll get in june).Most likely that date is just a placeholder.
Oh for sure however they originally had just said 2025, so we had no idea if we’d be waiting till like November 2025 or if it was planned to be released early in the year like Legend Arceus was, also with Pokemon 9/10 the placeholder date usually becomes the actual date so I’d say we are likely to see it mid Feb 2025
