I think you can eliminate the problem with the controlled bearings. If you remove the two blocks that are directly under the corner pipes it will allow them to swing freely.

maybe because it is making a suspension glitch, try to look at the pip or blocks that are connected to the suspension if they are in the wrong spot, and check for bearings. if that doesn't work try to slow down the video and rebuild it step by step. if it still dont work try this one ua-cam.com/video/_pjUXMy3-0o/v-deo.html.

this is an awesome tutorial however one thing that i would recommend is to have a part count.
Every time I turn my tires fan out and glitch
