Easy Recipe for Filipino Rice Cake

Filipino Rice Cake Recipe
In a bowl add the following ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
Mix
Tangzhong paste
In a pan on medium heat
4 tablespoons rice flour
1 cup water
Mix until paste consistency
Add 1 cup water on bowl with dry ingredients, mix and add the tangzhong paste. Mix until smooth.
Cover with cling wrap and leave for 45 minutes to an hour.
Prepare steamer. Grease the pan/ mold or use a cooking spray. Pour the batter to the mold and add the topping you prefer. I added cheese and anise seeds.
Steam for 10 minutes or until done.
