I've just been diagnosed with a stage 3 multi-organ prolapse. Of coarse the urologist said I need surgery and to remove my uterus but I said I will try a pelvic floor therapist. She said oh, you're one of those. That ticked me off. The therapist said that she could help me. Thank God I came across this video. I will try your suggestions. I'm going to prove that doctor wrong if it kills me., and I'm trusting the Lord my healer at the same time! The rebounder is a tough one because of the advanced stage I have. The therapist is having me work on the core muscles also. I'm going to start the stationary bike to strengthen the core muscles. You've given me new hope! God bless.

I hope you can reverse but even with great pelvic floor p/t you may still need the surgery. I had it last year. I thank the Lord everyday for the surgery, especially when I pee! I had all three prolapses and a significant diastasis recti separation. I tried all conservative methods and they didn’t help with the prolapse. They did help relax my pelvic floor some which prepared me for surgery.
I lived about 2 yrs knowing i needed the surgery but refusing mesh. When things got so bad that I needed to do the next thing, I searched for a dr that did the surgery without mesh. I found one in the big city in my state. Very thankful he took my insurance and it all worked out.

Sleeping in complete sleep cycles is important, which are 90 minute cycles (give or take). So sleep in cycles of 90 minutes. Naps … 90 minutes. Nightly sleep…7.5 or 9 hours.
Eight hours of sleep leaves you tired because the sleep cycle (between 7.5 -9 hours) is incomplete. Try sleeping either 7.5 hours, or completing to 9 hours and feel the difference. Once I began sleeping in 90 minute intervals, I no longer needed an alarm to wake up.
We have certainly created man in the best of stature; (Surat Al Tien, Verse 4)
Human beings were created in the best form meaning that we are complete. The body is sufficient. It will heal itself as long as we give it what it needs. In this aspect, Christian and Islamic beliefs are the same.

This is all great if you can manage it but at 73 I have multiple other health and physical issues and just can’t. I do whatever I can of these suggestions and perhaps it helps but I still have the prolapse but not the ability to follow all these directions to the ideal degree. I wore a pessary for a few years but it began to irritate and caused bleeding. I had it removed and while I was healing found I was comfortable enough without it. Achieving and maintaining healthy bowel habits goes a long way to staying comfortable also I found. Good luck everyone. ❤

I have/had both cervical and rectal prolapse (very large babies amd difficult births)
I had the surgery, was told it may need to be repeated as it only has anout 60% success.
      1. It was extrememely long, painful recovery and I have had other previous surgeries and it was a top-notch doc…so I had not expected that
      2. It came “undone” which was even worse about a year later
Felt like I was literally being torn apart
      3. I gradually was able to somewhat self-heal for several years, however heavy-lifting and age (soon turn 69) have started to create more of prolapse.
      4. I bought a rebounder and am familiar with slant board…going to get yoni stones and give it all a try!
      5. With any prolapse take cranberry capsules, herbs and drink cranberry juice.
Urine retention makes trapped or retained urine cause bladder infections and these help that issue.
I also take tumeric, magnesium and coconut oil before bed and have found I sm much more regular which helps rectal issue…side note: painkillers are also very constipating.
      Best of luck

There is evidence to suggest that very light bouncing in a rebounder without lifting your feet just bending your knees does help the joints, not sure about how long after surgery tho.

Barbara, could you please tell me what to do for someone who has prolapsed organs from Marfan's syndrome? She has been on a whole plant food diet for over 30 years and eats greens every day. She walks and works in the garden, but none of the exercises do any good, in fact some actually make her feel sick in the head. She cannot even hold a ring inside her body because she cannot even hold her uterus inside. She has bad hips and uses a cane or walker to walk or stand.

Eat meat for goodness sake, you'll never improve muscle without high quality protein

    • @marcywilson207
      @marcywilson207 8 днів тому

@@pj595 Do you know that meat is the most difficult protein for the body to use to produce tissue? It is also very hard on the heart. The sister of this lady had Marfan's syndrome and died of heart trouble, which is a common symptom of the syndrome. All protein must be broken down into individual amino acids for the body to use them to build tissue. Plant protein such as in legumes, whole grains and greens is much higher quality than animal foods. The problem with M syndrome the body genetically produces a protein that destroys connective tissue in the body. The more concentrated protein that is eaten the worse the problem gets.

Barbara clearly misapplied Galatians 6:9. Context is everything: "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith." Galatians 7:10

I just discovered I had a uterus prolapse, it really scared me, I did a lot of praying, as I was scrolling through comments on videos I watched about prolapse, I came upon an interesting comment, one lady said she cut up cotton t-shirts and rolled them up and inserted, and washed them and dried them after use, that method has worked for me since I had such a long wait to get a pessary, and I’ve heard a lot of negative things about using a pessary, but I’ll use the pessary if I’m on vacation or away, but I really prefer the rolled cotton cloth

Also it caused my rectum to fall down and he added insult he cutt up back passage, a so called episiotomy! I am now 76 and have a pessary , which is Changed every 4 months. It like giving birth every 4 months in your 70s. Yes I suffer from PTSD from the above experience. So question will exercise work in this situation??? Anything to get rid of the back pain that has accompanied this situation over the past 50 years.

Just lay down and listen to the frequencies and try to just be present in the moment feeling the frequencies going thru your body (don’t be discouraged if you don’t feel anything many don’t yet still see improvement)yoga helps as well ..remember to be gentle to yourself and only do what feels right .
