I've just been diagnosed with a stage 3 multi-organ prolapse. Of coarse the urologist said I need surgery and to remove my uterus but I said I will try a pelvic floor therapist. She said oh, you're one of those. That ticked me off. The therapist said that she could help me. Thank God I came across this video. I will try your suggestions. I'm going to prove that doctor wrong if it kills me., and I'm trusting the Lord my healer at the same time! The rebounder is a tough one because of the advanced stage I have. The therapist is having me work on the core muscles also. I'm going to start the stationary bike to strengthen the core muscles. You've given me new hope! God bless.
🙏
You go, Lady! Yes, prove that Dr with a god complex to be wrong. God bless you 🌺
Same
I hope you can reverse but even with great pelvic floor p/t you may still need the surgery. I had it last year. I thank the Lord everyday for the surgery, especially when I pee! I had all three prolapses and a significant diastasis recti separation. I tried all conservative methods and they didn’t help with the prolapse. They did help relax my pelvic floor some which prepared me for surgery.
I lived about 2 yrs knowing i needed the surgery but refusing mesh. When things got so bad that I needed to do the next thing, I searched for a dr that did the surgery without mesh. I found one in the big city in my state. Very thankful he took my insurance and it all worked out.
@@Anonymous09981 I have prolapse & am due for surgery in October but I am so nervous. It will be removal of just uterus vaginally & then fixing 2 of the prolapses
With the platform this dear women has I love that she speaks out the healing words of the Bible. Praise Jesus thank you Barbra
It's so amazing that this video just came up on my feed! I just started having issues making me think about prolapse. I'm in my sixties and had 4 natural births. Now experiencing pressure and leakage with coughing. I definitely look forward to trying your wise advice to reversing this before it advances. God is good!
Rebounding is the best exercise for this. That's jumping or bouncing on a mini trampoline. You can get one with a bar to hold on to as well. It really does work.
@@aprildawn82
Thank you that's interesting
So not pelvic floor exercises?
hypopressives is what you need.. check it out .. totally life changing. I found them via Moonrise. Rebounding got me into trouble with it all but everyones different i guess.

I love the way she explains everything!
I have read so many books and tried so many things for prolapse and this by far is the best video I have ever seen!!! 🎉thank you!!
Thank you so much for this video! I had a total hysterectomy at age 34 and started having prolapse issues in my 50’s. Now twenty years later it is much worse. I was hesitant about using any vaginal tools to strengthen as I am prone to bladder infections too. You have given me hope today and a solid conservative plan. 🙏🤞. I love your videos so keep them coming. God bless you❣️
Same. Does it affect your bowel . Meaning it is pushing against it and makes it hard to go properly
@@dianesoper708 I never had a hysterectomy but I am in my 50's and it does affect my bowels.

Sleeping in complete sleep cycles is important, which are 90 minute cycles (give or take). So sleep in cycles of 90 minutes. Naps … 90 minutes. Nightly sleep…7.5 or 9 hours.
Eight hours of sleep leaves you tired because the sleep cycle (between 7.5 -9 hours) is incomplete. Try sleeping either 7.5 hours, or completing to 9 hours and feel the difference. Once I began sleeping in 90 minute intervals, I no longer needed an alarm to wake up.
We have certainly created man in the best of stature; (Surat Al Tien, Verse 4)
Human beings were created in the best form meaning that we are complete. The body is sufficient. It will heal itself as long as we give it what it needs. In this aspect, Christian and Islamic beliefs are the same.
Wow! Thank you for your comment! It explains so much and makes sense to me. If I sleep 8 hours I wake up groggy with a headache and a tad nauseous. Never understood why till now. Thanks a bunch!
I've been through a non mesh prolapse surgery. It did help. But now I'm dealing with uterus prolapse. Do exercises that do not cause you to bear down. That will just exasperate the issue.
Thank you for your faithfulness to teach what the Lord has and is showing you!
I lay on the floor with my feet up on the wall for 15-20 min each morning…will that do the same?
Mum is suffering from prolapsed uterus and her gaynacologyist recommended a pessary and mum has been using since 2019. Is there any slide effects of it? Please do replay.

May the Lord Alfa and Omega shower you with his endless blessings. Amen
I have a prolapsed bladder stage 2-3 and have been using a pessary since 2019 with no side effects, but I have now been doing hypopressives to help with the situation as well. Havent heard of doing these diff exercises, will try them too.😊
Thank you for this. There are also body lift meditations which help🙏🙏
Im not sure how you feel about inversion table method with kegals, but it works well for women with either prolapsed bladder or uterus.
People must understand that each person is unique and different. The things she said may not work for everyone. One must do what works best for you. Even if it means surgical intervention. Do what is best for you.

Do you have a video on how to train your mind to sleep?🌺thx
How about an inversion table?
This is all great if you can manage it but at 73 I have multiple other health and physical issues and just can’t. I do whatever I can of these suggestions and perhaps it helps but I still have the prolapse but not the ability to follow all these directions to the ideal degree. I wore a pessary for a few years but it began to irritate and caused bleeding. I had it removed and while I was healing found I was comfortable enough without it. Achieving and maintaining healthy bowel habits goes a long way to staying comfortable also I found. Good luck everyone. ❤
prolapse often happens after childbirth. so getting 8 hours of sleep seems impossible
😅😂
I had bowel issues for years and then later became a Mom and had 3 big babies. After all that, the prolapse didn't happen till I was almost 50.
What if you have a connective tissue disorder?
Hypopressives are also amazing when it comes to prolapse of any type, plenty of videos on youtube, moonrise is probably the best Ive fou d
Can you do the rebounder if you have vascullitis?
Does this help with a prolapsed bladder?
You can do legs up the wall yoga position as well .
Can one lie down with feet up on a board if one has high blood pressure
What about someone with a retroverted uterus?
Rebounding seems to make the prolapse worse, how does one do it properly?
I thought the same, jumping would make it worse.
I don’t understand…
@@anastrawberry8047 you don’t have to actually ‘jump’ on a rebounder. Keep you feet on it and let it bounce you gently. My feet barely leave it and it still works.
Lot of videos on UA-cam for strengthening the pelvic floor and muscle. Rebounding isn’t what you need eat least for GYN related prolapse..
Absolutely do not do rebounding with prolapse, it will make it worse!!!
Do Simple Yoga Postures with breathing awareness @@anastrawberry8047
Rebounding was how I discovered I had a prolapse. So I stopped rebounding!
me too .. nightmare. I started hypopressives with moonrise and turned things around.
Maybe do small bounces don't stop. Biold muscles slowly❤
@@bloomingrosebuds1409do hypopressives really make a difference ??
yeah I was thinking, instinctively, that when you jump up, a prolapse will get worse…¿?
Yes my experience is same. I didn't stop I did small bounces and muscles build and you feel stronger inside.❤
will the yoni stone help if my cervix is prolapsed

I was wondering if the yoga pose of legs up the wall would work the same as the slanted board?
Is this good for a prolapsed small intestine???

How do you rebound with bad knees?
I am a 63 year old woman and I have a prolapse of the rectum.
I was told I needed surgery but I will do all I can to avoid that.
I was asking the Universe to help me find a solution and I "fell on" this video ❤
Is there someone amongst you with a prolapse of the rectum, and can you tell me if the yoni stones and the other exercices mentionned here help ?
Thank you for all your help 🙏
I had surgery for both cystocele and rectocele - failed within 9 months. I use the Kegal8 excerciser which is excellent and worth the outlay. As I age the cystocele has got much worse so I use a sea sponge to hold it up. Look up Pearl & Jade brand and learn about it, then get the sea sponge whereever you can.
I was never diagnosed but I believe I have rectocele. I tried the yoni stones for a couple months and they were definitely helping.
@@lan1331 Thank you very much for your testimony, this is giving me hope 😉
@@inco601 Thank you for the advice 😊
I have/had both cervical and rectal prolapse (very large babies amd difficult births)
I had the surgery, was told it may need to be repeated as it only has anout 60% success.
1. It was extrememely long, painful recovery and I have had other previous surgeries and it was a top-notch doc…so I had not expected that
2. It came “undone” which was even worse about a year later
Felt like I was literally being torn apart
3. I gradually was able to somewhat self-heal for several years, however heavy-lifting and age (soon turn 69) have started to create more of prolapse.
4. I bought a rebounder and am familiar with slant board…going to get yoni stones and give it all a try!
5. With any prolapse take cranberry capsules, herbs and drink cranberry juice.
Urine retention makes trapped or retained urine cause bladder infections and these help that issue.
I also take tumeric, magnesium and coconut oil before bed and have found I sm much more regular which helps rectal issue…side note: painkillers are also very constipating.
Best of luck
For those of us with Connective Tissue Disorders it caused the problem but their solution causes MORE problems!
For my friend, they used cadaver skin to hold her bladder in place. A great success to my surprise pre 2006! 😯
Can you use the stones for a vaginal prolapse?
Just put a yoga block or pillow under your waistline and elevate yourself like that. Also some Pilates/yoga poses are similar to what she was explaining. I’m surprised she didn’t mention breathing techincs. Also, I won’t be jumping up and down! I know she’s great but she doesn’t have all the answers to each individual body. I don’t leak but still won’t take my chances on the jumping workout. I’ve been walking and that’s helped me physically and mentally 😊
Well said and I have been having the same thoughts
Do you have a prolapse?
If so what is your opinion on Pessary ?
I am wearing a pessary it's not helpful
@@marylynch951 I do but been told it’s minimal. I’m waiting to see a pelvic floor specialist but it’s a long waiting list. Meantime I’ve been doing my own research and trying not to live in fear. There’s a different types of pressery I would try another one if I were you. I would also do all the workouts and breathing needed to gain strength down there as I’m sure that’s what you need. Can prolapsation cause back pain?
Hello Are these yoni eggs safe to use seeing that they come from east and being attached to yoga. I don't want to draw the wrong spirit(s) especially this area. Does someone have any spiritual insight on this?
Does barbara have a video about endometrial hyperplasia or a thick endometrial lining and how to reverse it? There are numerous amounts of women suffering and scared about this and the doctor's keep doing painful procedures continuously. I am one of them.
PLEASE BARBARA HELP US 😢
Look up Serrapeptase or Fibrovera from Arthur Medical. Get acct with Fullscript to get cheaper.
I had an ablation fifteen years ago at 43 y. It has been a blessing.
I've never heard her mention that specifically but she does have a video about hormone imbalance. In it she talks about Endometriosis.
Rebounder is a mini trampoline I gather?
Yes I just got mine.
Thanks I have hope ❤
Why did you not say anything about kevel
Barbara I just had a total knee replacement and they told me I could not jump on a rebounder because its impact on the new knee. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do some gravity exercises because I have a prolapsed uterus
There is evidence to suggest that very light bouncing in a rebounder without lifting your feet just bending your knees does help the joints, not sure about how long after surgery tho.
Look up Fem fusion fitness, Dr Brianne Grogan
What’s rebounding ? What stone do you use pls ?
Rebounding is using a trampoline
Mini-trampoline. I got mine off Amazon. Brand: Polar Jade

You can use an inversion table too and it helps your back. The position is called trendelenburg
How long on the inversion table & what degree of tilt?

Barbara, could you please tell me what to do for someone who has prolapsed organs from Marfan's syndrome? She has been on a whole plant food diet for over 30 years and eats greens every day. She walks and works in the garden, but none of the exercises do any good, in fact some actually make her feel sick in the head. She cannot even hold a ring inside her body because she cannot even hold her uterus inside. She has bad hips and uses a cane or walker to walk or stand.
Eat meat for goodness sake, you'll never improve muscle without high quality protein
@@pj595 Do you know that meat is the most difficult protein for the body to use to produce tissue? It is also very hard on the heart. The sister of this lady had Marfan's syndrome and died of heart trouble, which is a common symptom of the syndrome. All protein must be broken down into individual amino acids for the body to use them to build tissue. Plant protein such as in legumes, whole grains and greens is much higher quality than animal foods. The problem with M syndrome the body genetically produces a protein that destroys connective tissue in the body. The more concentrated protein that is eaten the worse the problem gets.
AMEN❤
These are not going to heal my connective tissue disease, which is what caused it to begin with.
Is a rebounder a mini trampoline?
Yes :)
The yoni stones are divine symbols of sexual pleasure originating from ancient Indian culture. Yoni is a sanskrit word . AS a chrustian convert from Hinduusm I would not use these in my body which is the temple of the holy spirit redeemed by tge blood of Jesus
AGREED
Barbara clearly misapplied Galatians 6:9. Context is everything: "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith." Galatians 7:10
I see what you're saying but they are not 'divine symbols' to me. They are just stones. I noticed an improvement in just 2-3 months. I would take that over surgery any day!
At 79 if igot on a rebounder I would lose my balance and fall off
I think there are rebounders that have handles. I would do a rebounder if you have prolapse issues bec6the bouncing will just make it worse. Everyone is different so do what is best for you.
No, you can purchase with a support Bar,that you hold onto when your jumping, I have one ten years and never fell
Barbara what is your opinion on pessary?
I am wearing one but its not helpful
If the pessary is not helping you need to get a better fitting one from where you got this one from, I go to my pelvic floor physio 😊

Thank you
I just discovered I had a uterus prolapse, it really scared me, I did a lot of praying, as I was scrolling through comments on videos I watched about prolapse, I came upon an interesting comment, one lady said she cut up cotton t-shirts and rolled them up and inserted, and washed them and dried them after use, that method has worked for me since I had such a long wait to get a pessary, and I’ve heard a lot of negative things about using a pessary, but I’ll use the pessary if I’m on vacation or away, but I really prefer the rolled cotton cloth

"ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY."

Jumping on trampoline
Not “jumping”…just bent knee, low level bouncing
How do I get onto the slant board and get my feet on the chair seat?
I also want to know? 😁👀
I think I would either end up in the ER or on America’s Funniest Home Videos
I made something similar by putting a short table on the bottom of one of the sides of a light sofa. But then I had stomach reflux and things got bad at the other end. I had to stop. I will try it again with a triangular tall pillow.
My mother was a petite person and she used to put one end of the ironing board onto the arm of the sofa and lie on that.
A cheese 🧀 mat or wedge would prob work well for this
rebounding made my prolapse worse
I would like to hear someone report that the directives were helpful. Otherwise it's merely conceptual. 😮
Will this work when your doctor gave you an epidural and then left you for 3 hours. No pain to tell me that my womb was being ripped out!!! Also it caused my rectum to fall down and he added insult he cutt up back passage, a so called episiotomy! I am now 76 and have a pessary , which is Changed every 4 months. It like giving birth every 4 months in your 70s. Yes I suffer from PTSD from the above experience. So question will exercise work in this situation??? Anything to get rid of the back pain that has accompanied this situation over the past 50 years.
