I know the Top 10 shows are the most popular, but I think I get the most out of these "underground" and "obscure" album shows.
I agree 100%
Ya like the top 10 shows are fun to watch but when looking for new music this is the best
Me too
Instablaster
Ronni is Great! He has fun and fun to watch.
Witchfynde - Stagefright 1980 was a very Heavy Metal song at its hypnotic best . Dust was an extremely important Metal band. Scarab - Coma was a great NWOBHM 45 Single .
Paice Ashton Lord..Malice in Wonderland. Greendale..Spyglass Guest..Pfm. .Jet Lag..Savoy Brown Jack the Toad.. and Hellbound Train..Ray Manzerak. The whole thing started with rock n roll, now it's out of control. Ween ..White Pepper..Edgar Winter..Entrance. Nectar..Magic is a child and Down to Earth..
Lone Star's Firing on All Six is a fantastic rock album from the 70s
Paul Chapman went on to join U F.O.
I have to say Crack The Sky. A fantastic band that really deserves more recognition.
Usually dont watch hen people talk about their records, basically because they really dont have much to say. But this channel is one of the few exceptions for me, love your entuism and broad taste. Make my days a little bit better.
Prism "See Forever Eyes"
Teaze "One Night Stands"
Don't know if I have a top 10, but here are a few obscure bands I like:
Planet P "Project"
Russ Ballard solo Lp.
The Law (a Paul Rogers project)
Tony Carey solo Ep
Heilung (👈 an acquired taste)
Have a listen to Hard Nutz by Nutz, a band from England who back in the 70s/80s supported everybody and their dogs on UK tours and promptly blew them offstage. Still can't understand how they never made it huge. Fantastic album.
You are so right about the aristocrats. Just played the tres Caballeros album. Kickin for sure!
Got to meet Trigger back in the day and saw them perform 3 times down at the Jersey shore. Awesome band. Was drinking a beer with the drummer at a club in Long Branch at the shore and asked him why Trigger doesn't go bigger and get promoted more. His response was Casablanca records was investing a lot of money in Kiss and was happy what was going on with Kiss and Trigger was swept under the carpet. Great Band!
Glad you mentioned Shawn Lane. My favorite musician ever. Powers of Ten,. and Tri-Tone Fascination are the two albums that really show his compositional prowess.
Best guitarist ever. Now iGuthrie Govan (the Aristocrats) is the Guitar King.
...didya like Shawn's time with Jimmy Dandy/Black Oak Arkansas? Shawn was like 15 at the time. :-)

If you want the origin of a lot of the Lane/Hellborg music get the Two Doors CD by Michael Shrieve
Always cool... thanks...
Glass Harp! Ohio band with great guitarist Phil Keaggy!
Lynx and Welcome to my Nightmare were my first two 8 Tracks.
Thanks so much for listening to Earth Omen. Those first two Frijid Pink albums are definitely worth listening too.
Amazing stuff.Frijid Pink!, Bakerloo!!,Trigger!!..Hillow Hammet!!...TNT!!
Has the UK band "Little Free Rock - Little Free Rock" been mentioned before? Only one album on Transatlantic Records 1969. A second came much later in 1991 with unpublished songs. "Little Free Rock - Time Is Of No Consequence" on the german World Wide Records. Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac) joined the band for a short period, but the recordings were never released. I saw the band in Hamburg Starclub 1969. A very good power rock trio. I loved it
I was in a band in college called Lynx. Goes to show you how obscure the Canadian band you brought up was. We had no idea they existed, and none of the bars we played in batted an eyelash about our name.
Wow ! It's just amazing how many quality, obscure bands are out there floating around all these years still waiting to be discovered. Not familiar with most of those intriguing artists.
I agree Stray Dog...While You're Down There. One of my all time favorites!!
Kings of the sun
Australian 80s/90s
First album still killer
The Hunt, The Thrill Of The Kill is a great record.
Pete, you should check out an AMAZING band that has been around since 1990. They are called "The Tea Party". The lead singer sounds like Jim Morrison and the sound has a very Zeppelin like quality to it. They real know how to rock and best of all, they are a power trio. The vocalist is also the lead singer. They are from Winsdor, Ontario, Canada and have been criminally underrated for almost 30 years now. I advise you check out their first 3 or 4 albums, before checking out their later ones. You'll thank me for it!
Yep, I've listened to them before. Decent enough band, but for some reason they don't overly grab me.
Couple of Aussie albums from the early 70s that might be of interest-- Still Point by Madder Lake, and Wide Open by Khavas Jute.
Hi Pete.It was great to listen to.I've got 95% of all those bands from all your OBSCURE programs. There are 'bout 30 000 CDs in my collection.Really.Greetings from Russia.
..here´s a hint..vengeance and their tune "rock n roll shower".. :)
Some great picks and bands I'll certainly have to check out. There's one band you might be interested in Pete, they're called "Rare Bird". Rare Bird is a psychedelic/prog group thats mainly keyboard lead but has some Mark Farner type guitar parts. They sound like a mixture between The Doors and ELP, might want to check them out if you get the time
I ordered that Trigger CD yesterday from Amazon.
Do you like the supergroup Bands? There is a band that I love called Revolution Saints and it consists of Deen Castronovo on drums and lead vocals, Jack blades from Night Ranger on bass, of course, and the killer guitarist Doug Aldrich from your band that you love Whitesnake among other bands he was in. They are putting out their 3rd album now. They were just in the studio few weeks ago laying down all the tracks. Because of the Dead daisies and some other projects such as Journey Through Time they haven't been able to tour so hopefully we will get a tour of this incredibly awesome band. I would say they're rock, not hard rock, not prog but really melodic. I really would suggest anybody check them out. I love Deeno. I'm a huge Deen Castronovo fan.
I really like Deen as well- great drummer & singer. I like the Revolution Saints albums.
@@seaoftranquilityprog that's cool Pete. I didn't know if you know who they were because a lot of people don't know RS.
Excellent show.... gonna check out some of these!!!
How about "The Price of Prgression" by The Toll? One of my all time favorites.
Check out The Good Rats from New York. Great duel guitars and quirky lyrics, should have been a bigger band.
I had never heard any of the Jonas Hellborg with Shawn Lane stuff before seeing this video!!! Nice one for the shout. Bloody excellent stuff!!! :-D
Enjoy these shows very much ...this and new product shows. ..👍
I grew up in Canada so have a nostalgic fondness for Canadian bands that didn't make it so big in the US, like Max Webster, Helix, Killer Dwarfs, Moxy, Coney Hatch, Santers, Goddo. There's a couple of more obscure ones like Hammersmith, Reckless and Wireless that put out some good stuff too. Of course I also love bands that made it bigger in the US like Rush, Triumph, BTO, April Wine, Nickelback, Thousand Foot Crutch, The Guess Who and others.
Star castle, Nektar, and horse lips are worth checking out.
WXPN - 90.5 (philly) Has a great radio show that is right up your alley. It runs on Saturday from 10 am to noon, he plays all sorts of obscure metal, prog, rock, and even pop.
Great video Pete....I will check out your suggestions....if you haven't already go find Shooting Star...I think u will love it.
Another great forgotten band still out there is Canned Heat.
Any band you still hear on classic rock radio and on tv commercials is hardly forgotten.
Hardly forgotten I'd say, though to be honest, they've never done a hell of a lot for me
@@seaoftranquilityprog Whatever- I don't care anymore about the negativity- no more posting any shit anymore, all it does is- is get bashed.
@@polska1958 No one's bashing anything my friend...they are just not my cup of tea is all.
@@polska1958 maybe if the horrible vocals of guitar player Al Wilson didn't make it to album , Canned Heat would have stood the test of time. Arguably the worse vocals in the history of music . Critics compared Al Wilson's weak winy tone deaf mumbling to be a combination of Tiny Tim , and a bumblebee . He sounds even worse than that to most people . Al Wilson made Bob Dylan sound like an Opera singer. Before you get too upset Bob Bear Hite were fantastic . The musicianship was impeccable for the style
Awesome show, Pete...
The aristocrats... holy smokes!!!
Great stuff✌️🎶👍
Love your show, l have always found it to be great fun trying to find albums by bands that never made it but should have and there are a lot of them.you mentioned one briefly that I would like to bring to your attention cause I know you would appreciate it the band is city boy who had about seven of eight albums .who were so versatile. And a guitar player Mike Slamer, who is one of the best, also played lead guitar for(and please check these bands out) Streets,Seventh Key, Steelhouse lane, and he also played on two warrant albums ,and did some stuff for Kansas.A pure talent. Thanks for doing what you do It's important that we seek and find talent that was mist ,overlooked, forgotton,or bands that just had had timing.Your helping each member of each band that you talk about to finely get some recognition that they all truely deserve.
thank you for these kinds of vlogs for introducing me to these musicians ive looked them up om yt and like a lot of them, new stuff for me to enjoy.
Pete, I could list at least 20 bands/songs that are considered obscure today but at one time were rather popular in their day.
Hey Pete check out this band from the late 70s early 80s! The prog band was called fm! They are a 3 piece band from Canada I think very very good band! Also from eastern Washington a band called to slim and the tail draggers! Check.them out!
Excellent video Pete, I love these Forgotten Favourites shows. I think I'll try to get a copy of those Dschinn and Aristocrats albums. Thanks as always.
WOW this awesome. Love discovering new stuff. Really like Staplechase and Jukin' Bone and Trigger stand out to me. Boston that I've never heard, amazing! Lynx played my high school here in Canada. I was too young but good band. We love our Max Webster here. Not sure if you've heard them. Kim Mitchell on guitar. Great player. Try High Class and Borrowed Shoes also Warriors Try Again, You Keep on Shining. Different and kind of interesting. Thanks!
I'm so glad you mentioned The Aristocrats. They are one of my favorite modern prog/fusion groups to come out more recently. ALL of their albums are fantastic...including the live ones. I'm so sad that I missed them last time they came down here to New Orleans in 2019 to support their "You Know What...?" album. Something came up at the last minute and I had to bail out on going...dammit! Hopefully they will get together again sometime soon to make & play some more amazing music.
On a related note, you should check out the two Randy McStine & Marco Minnemann albums they put out in 2020 (they are titled "McStine & Minnemann" and "II", respectively). They were both released in 2020 about 5 or 6 months apart. Both are fantastic and, genre-wise, the songs are all over the place, so the albums cannot really be categorized as a whole. They pull bits and pieces from many different genres (especially the more recent album, "II"), but they are both great records that have much to offer to any music lover. Very interesting albums from a well-matched collaboration of 2 great musicians. [...also, I heard it from a little birdie that they may already be working on a third album too.]
All unknown to me ready for discovering ! Great show !
TNT! I really got to get those albums you showed. Great stuff!
Love these obscure album shows. I always check out the ones that sound good to me. Please check out Earth Quake-Rocking the World. They are from Berkeley and rock pretty hard. Thanks.
very informative video Pete. Love Jukin' Bone so will buy their 2 albums. Thanks.
Hi Pete...I heard you comment on your total number of views on new product review shows....myself I love em...watch these shows faithfully because I love new music in these particular genres...and in this show I can watch you review the German hard rock band "Dschinn"...that I turned you on to..by the way beautiful remastered edition you bought....so please keep these shows in your repertoire...thanks Pete
Pete, have you ever listened to Valhalla? They came out with a hard rock album in 1969. It is one of the best late 60s hard rock albums I've ever heard, with a touch of psychedelia.
Really like these type of videos. I am into a lot of music genres from death metal, classic rock, blues, and grunge. I like listening to obscure but great music. Some really good recommendations.
Great Video as Always...Bakerloo were such a Good Band Live...Son of Moonshine is worth the admission fee alone....Keith Baker The drummer Actually plays on Uriah Heep's Salisbury Album and was The Original Drummer With Supertramp....Close to Fame But No Cigar
Love this format! Definitely pick up the 2nd Aristocrats album and Guthrie's Erotic Cakes as well, those albums are both fantastic too!
hey Pete, so glad to see TNT's Knights Of The New Thunder , what an awesome and underated album, i still have my original vinyl and cd of that album, one of my favs from back in highschool days. AWESOME guitar work just as you mentioned, the guitar was really recorded well on that album as was the total production of it i always thought.. \m/ \m/
How about the producers!? “What’s he got” and “I love Lucy “. They had some weird good stuff.
Love The Producers...debut kinda Beatles-esque, 2nd album a little like The Police.
I am new to this Channel...I think Pete is more about Hard Rock & Prog. He did do a good job, however, with Jazz Fusion & Miles Davis.
I'm definitely going to have to look into these!! I actually own the TNT albums and Trigger.
Awesome, more to explore. Listened to Sammy Sammy 1972 from Sweden on UA-cam, great stuff, picked it up.
It’s All Meat from 1970 would probably fit well here. Only one album on CBS which is VERY rare and even more expensive! Very psychedelic, I think you would like it. There’s also Churchills, an Israeli band from the same period.
Pete, love these obscure band shows. As a fellow Heep Head, check out Witchflower by Wicked Minds. Swedish band from around 2015 or so. Great real analog Hammonds, amazing production. Great vocals slight Swedish accent but very strong. I promise you will love it. Strong songs, excellent guitar solos.
Hell yes. TNT!
I gotta check out Trigger.
This was an interesting listen, very informative, as ever.
I'd like to add a band that I stumbled upon on UA-cam. If you're a fan of Camel, Yes, Genesis, etc... This is worth a serious listen. The group are called Autumn (not to be confused with a more recent band of the same name). They formed just prior to the punk explosion, so they only managed one mini album; released in 1977/78 entitled 'OCEAN WORLD' The 4 members were Nick Magnus (who went on to work with Steve Hackett on several solo albums) Robbie Dobson ( who was with Nick in the Enid & after Autumn, joined Hawkwind)
Steve Hoff (who set up his own 24 track studio back in Portsmouth) & Mark Easton (who went on to play in different bands with different styles but always remembering his love of prog). Good luck trying to get the album, I was extremely lucky to find it on Amazon. But (the opening track) Ocean World; Little Finger Exercise & The Celebrated Court Jester are all on jolly You Tube. Hope you enjoy it 😊
Thanks Pete. I never heard of The Aristocrats so I checked them out and like you said, they are amazing! Plus they are coming to town to our famous dive bar, The Brass Mug here in Tampa so I'll do my best to go to the show.
Just got into Lynx..now I have lots more to track down....Q, Check out Winter Hawk, Dust, Grand Prix...
Here are some you probably are NOT aware of that exist (and had some charting success):
Babe Ruth (fronted by Jennie Haan): Three of this UK prog-rock band's four album charted here in the states including "First Base" (1972,) "Babe Ruth" (1974) and "Stealin' Home" (1975)
Dragon: Longtime Aussie rock band that began as prog then later in its career branched into new wave; unfortunately, the bands only charting U.S. single was "Rain" (1984,) which hit the lower reaches of the Billboard Hot 100 pop singles chart at #88
805: Obscure prog-rock (and one-album wonder) band from Syracuse, NY; their only taste of charting success was their Top 40 Album Rock radio hit "Young Boys," which peaked at #37 in the late summer of 1982 (charted for 4 weeks)
Stiltskin: Obscure Scottish prog-rock band that featured singer Ray Wilson who would briefly replace Phil Collins in Genesis in the late 90's; had one U.S. Album Rock radio hit with "Inside," which topped the UK pop charts in the late spring/early summer of 1994 and peaked at #37 on the Album Rock tracks chart; this band's album
Symphonic Slam: Obscure Finnish prog-rock band that featured singer Timo Laine; most of this band's success took place in their native Finland and they had some success in Canada (where they relocated,) likewise; known for just one album their 1976 S/T debut which almost cracked the Billboard 200 Album chart largely in part of the attention the singles "Modane Train" and "How Do You Stand?" received from some major Album Rock radio stations back in the day (neither single charted here in the states)
Dixon House Band: Seattle-based prog-rock band; had only one album "Fighting Alone" in 1979 on the MCA imprint label Infinity Records (East Coast glam rock band New England's eponymous 1979 S/T debut, produced by Paul Stanley, was also on this label); had some success on BOTH the left coast and in the Midwest because of the minor rock radio hit single "Sooner Or Later" (I think the song hit the Top 10 "Bubbling Under" Hot 100 chart, but NOT the actual Hot 100 pop singles chart)
Boxer: Obscure UK prog rock band fronted by Spooky Tooth singer Mike Patto; had 3 albums on Virgin records in the late 70's; dissolved after Patto's death in 1979; most of the band's success took place in their native UK (NO known success here in the states, though)
"thebestdreams I had plays alot
of these obscure bands that were
forgotten and let's people hear
old bands that you are hearing for
the first time since they were released
many years ago,
there's alot out there that didn't make it,
very great,very good."-🤔📻🎤🎸🎸🎸🎹🎹🎹🎹🥁🥁..
I also came across an instrumental band called Monkey3. They just released their 7th album. I would say they are like Earthless, but more psychedelic and "spacey."
They also use keyboards in a way that they almost sound like vocals. They new album, Sphere, smokes.
Great stuff you picked there! I'd like to recommend these bands, some of them you may have heard about, but check'em out if you've not heard them. First up is Morningstar - s/t (1978) and their second album Venus (1979). Great band from US with kinda original style, but they had some proggressive elements, and somewhat similar to bands like Boston, Styx and early Journey. Second band is Le Griffe - Breaking Strain (UK, 1984), a really great Hard Rock (NWOBHM) band. Third band I'd recommend is Blue Steele - No More Lonely Night (1979), and they play in the style of southern rock similar to bands like Nantucket, Point Blank and Lynyrd Skynyrd. My forth band of recommendation is the Dutch Heavy Metal band Picture with great albums like Diamond Dreamer (1982) Eternal Dark (1983) and Traitor (1985). They've made about 10 albums and they are still active. The next band is from Germany and played great heavy music with a lot of heavy Hammond organs, and had a lot of similarities with bands like early Eloy, Uriah Heep, Lucifer's Friend and Deep Purple. And played in the genres Kraut Rock, Hard Rock and Prog Rock. They made (I think) only one record called Mournin', the band was called Night Sun. Cheers! / Juha Hietasaari.
Have you heard "A Life" by Alpha To Omega? If I remember correctly it was a double rock opera released in 1976.
Listen to Zazu. Prof rock from Chicago. On the Wooden Nickel label.
I have that album. Styx’s old ladel
Hi from London England love your channel I discovered a few 70s albums I really like recently glass harp - glass harp English band early 70s great guitar I think your like it , grannie- grannie 70s southern blues rock a mix of Jethro tull and Marshall tucker band sounds weird but it really sounds good lastly headstone circus- headstone circus just a great sounding album bit stoner but hippy folky but I really like it all the best Pete
The aristocrats are friggin amazing.
Check out the planet x band with virgil donati and derek sherinian, very reminiscent of the aristocrats.
Oh yeah, been listening to them for ages!
Live In Oz floats around among the best live albums of all time for me
I am a care worker. One of the guys living in the home I work at told me last week about Frigid Pink. Pete, I'm gonna throw one back at ya. Take a listen to the album 'Stop your Nonsense' by Position Normal.
Hey, Pete. Great job as usual. I have 3 recomendations, all from the 1970-76 era, all British prog, all very good, IMO. I still listen to all these and they still raise the hair on my arms! All are available on UA-cam and CD.
1. Ross: ST, 1974 and Pit & The Pendulum 1976, 2. Public Foot The Roman: ST, 1973 (sadly, one and done), had a minute of FM play 3. Indian Summer: ST 1971. One and done, sadly. This has the first example of guitar shredding that I know of, by Colin Williams. Great 4-piece. World-Class musicians from Coventry. Keyboardist and singer Bob Jackson went on to play with the aforementioned Ross. Signed by the same mangement group as Black Sabbath.
The Ross I've heard...love it, but both are sadly long out of print and super expensive for the copies that are floating out there. Never heard the Public Foot the Roman or Indian Summer before, but listening to them here on YT I dig 'em and will probably pick them up! Thanks!
@@seaoftranquilityprog Great. Glad you like 'em. Another one that I forgot from that period that sticks out is Wolf. You've probably heard of it but just in case. Darryl Way from Curved Air formed it. It's totally nothing like Curved Air. 3 abums, Canis Lupis, 1973; Saturation Point, 1973; Night Music, 1974. World class musicianship and multi-genre styles. Love your channel!
Well, only Aristocrats I knew was the joke. Soon as you said Marco Minne--'OOOOOOH I'm gonna hunt it down on vinyl!!!!' was out of my mouth. If he's involved, it HAS to be amazing. Because of the joke, Aristocrats stuck out so much (no pun intended), but there's a handful of others (again, no pun intended) I'll watch for while record surfing. (Guess I can add more vinyl references to the joke as well...)
Thanks for the great suggestions!
Check out the band BLACKLACE, with the very sexy Mary Ann Scandiffio on vocals!
Love the shirt Pete!
One of my favorites that never really became as big as they should have is Bloodrock. Their third contains a great "knock you up side the head" songs, "D.O.A." It ended up being banned on a lot of radio stations.
Have you ever checked out Big Star? You're well rehearsed in 70's rock. Great pop/rock band. I think you'd dig them
There's a band that came out in 1989 called The Front. They opened for Alice Cooper in 1990. I love their one and only (self titled) album. They did a second album in 1993 under the name Bakers Pink, which is very good too. As The Front they had hints of the Cult, the Doors and Alice Cooper. As Bankers Pink they added a wee bit more blues into their swagger.
Hey Pete, I grew up in the same general area in NY. Have you ever heard of a band from the early 80's called Ice Water Mansion??I saw them live several times and had a great time. Good band! Peace Pete,,,
I don't know if you're familiar with the band May Blitz but that's a band I think fits perfectly with this channel. They only have 2 albums but those 2 albums are nothing short of amazing. Without a doubt some of the best drumming I've ever heard
May Blitz is worth it just for the Pig Faced Hottie on the album cover
Great stuff! Now I have 20 discogs tabs open! You should checkout a Swedish band called Enforcer, if you havent already. They have been around for about 10 years or so... great 80's hard rock, metal, fast metal... love them!
Hey Pete, give the band Detective a listen too. Came out on Swan song label 1st album is really good.
Drummer drum sound like Bonhams sound and fills too...
за смак 8.41 огромное спасибо.моя любимая сербская группа!
Peat the band Christopher!! I stumbled on this gem
Hi Pete...just a couple of suggestions for the next obscurities list...1) Painter...Canadian band. One release 1974. 2) Paladin - Paladin and Charge!. 1971 & 72 respectively. 3) Gnidrolog - In Spite of Harry's Toe Nail 1972 and Lady Lake 1972 as well. 4) Catapilla - Catapilla & Changes, 1971 & 72 respectively. Kind of off putting female vocals here...Sheeesh! 5) White Witch -- White Witch & A Spiritual Greeting 1972 & 74 respectively. Good stuff. Love your channel & keep rockin!.
Hey Brian--I've covered Paladin, Gnidrolog, Catapilla, and White Witch on here before...pretty sure anyway. I have all those save for the 2nd WW.
One of my favourite recent finds has been Hard Stuff. Great band from a power trio, John Gustafson (Ian Gillan Band), John Du Cann, and Paul Hammond (Atomic Rooster). Great, great band! Also getting sort of into Fresh Blueberry Pancake (from Philedelphia), and Iron Claw (from Scotland).
Lucy..Check out an Album Called "The Entrance To Hell" By Bullet...it is Hard Stuff in earlier days ...Same Line -Up But its got rawer versions of the Songs From the Hardstuff Bulletproof Album....Well Worth it..
Yep, great stuff! I've talked about Hard Stuff/Bullet and Iron Claw before here.
Check out Blindside Blues Band, Blindstone, Super Vintage(Greek rockers) Brett Ellis, Vince Hawkins Guitar Pete, Snakehead Ritual, Dirty Dave Osti, Craig Erickson, Jay Jesse Johnson, and Lance Lopez just to name a few. Killer bluesy rock! P.S. Forgot to mention Universal Hippies. Hard rock instrumental group.
BLOODROCK , CONEY HATCH , TALAS , THE RODS
Ever hear of:
1. City Boy- City Boy
2. Mark/Almond
3. Charlie- No Second Chance
4. Lake- Lake
5. John Miles- Rebel
6. Atomic Rooster- In Hearing of
7. Brian Auger’s Oblivion Express- Closer to it

9. Hookfoot- Hookfoot
10. Quicksilver Messenger Service- What About Me
11. Blues Project - Projections
12. Bloomfield, Kooper and Stills- Super Session

Pete how about Eric Burdon Band - Sun Secrets- animals lead singer does trower /bad co sound
Keef Hartley , Dog Soldier, Tony Carey, Canned Heat, Damnation of Adam blessing, Baby Grand, Head East, Bull angus , my list can go on and on
There is also a New York band from the late 60's called Steeplechase... heavy prog organ psych... reminds me at times of Steppenwolf and Cream... they only did one album... Lady Bright...really up your alley!

To that Boston live there was another along came out in 77 from Long Beach Calif FM broadcast that the sound was alot better that I recorded on cassette tape back then that I have. had Television Politician. I don't know if a boot album is out with it but maybe it is, A more soundboard like recording.
Don Harrison/ Don Harrison Band Worth a Listen also from the Vault!
Pete, please review "winterhawk" Native American rock band from the late 1970's. they just got two releases, electric warrior and dog soldiers.
Pete,
I get the impression you read your youtube comments...
I just discovered your channel in the last 6 months, and immediately found a personality that seems very familiar.
I don't know if this is the best forum for sharing this, but...
I'm almost the same age as you, and I am part of a group of prog fanatics, that are hosting a progressive music festival in Seattle.
I just wanted to share the name of the festival - Seaprog.
and invite YOU or any of your viewers to consider a wonderful weekend of cool adventurous music during the very few months of wonderful weather in Seattle.
Best of Voivod, please...?
