At first I thought this series would be about finding the best trails in each state. However, I've come to learn that it is more about meeting the people and the culture behind local trail communities. Great job Brian! I think that came out despite the pandemic making things harder. Keep it up and I hope you make it to Hawaii!
Welcome to our neighborhood! We are super lucky to have great trails near town with more on the way. The Naneum is sure to be a great trail system once finished. Thanks for the support!
Brian, Could you release a super-extended mini-movie of hyperlapsed driving footage of your entire 50 State Shred with sort of a musical/narrative to go along with it? Really like your outtro music combined with the footage, it's pensive and nostalgic and makes me want to get out there and ride... It would be nice to include the same wondrous feel and music. When you're done with the 'Shred, of course. I just... always watch the driving outtro to the end and then want more... Anyway, keep 'em coming!
God. Yes. The stupid pop-up suggestions is such a dick move by youtube to get more views by abrasing the viewer to touch their phone at the end of the video. And that it covers such a cool thing makes it so much more effective and annoying.

Did you know that when you are in ellensburg Washington you are really close to a landscape that we just recently figured out how it was made? It is called the Washington Scablands. Believe or not during the ice age Missoula Montana there was a MASSIVE ice dam holding back tons of water and eventually water got to the rock and through the ice which weakened the ice dam and it broke. If you ever get an view from the sky of Missoula those hills are created from the impact of water which the land looks like waves.
