I would pick the pagani, even though it looks like more of a straight rip off, because i like that pistachio color much better, and because it's price is right for a knockoff and a bargain for the specs. Anything like this is "fun" to me, and the limit for that is 100 bucks. The San Martin is well into big name brand with good quality territory.
@arshgolandaj2634 Hi, I don't have it anymore but the person I sold it to hasn't complained, so I assume it's still ticking 😁. However, 125 usd is too much. Right now, it's on sale, and you can get it for about 70-80usd from Aliexrpess. s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_EIDskht
It's an incredible watch. Comes with a YN55 movement. I'll review it at the beginning of June. The next two reviews will be of a lovely green dial Sugess st19 chronograph and a tiffany blue Seestern Seiko Monster homage.
Great to see these side by side. Great video as always
Thank you James!
Just got the silver one and I agree, the clasp is really sharp, you could probably use it to cut open some strings in a pinch.
On my Daytona PD I rounded all sharp edges on the clasp with a cheap paper nail file with 4 sides. 5 minutes of honest work :p
Regarding micro adjustment - you can use a fishing line or in my case - dental floss.
That's actually a very clever idea. Thank you!
Just ordered the Pagani one - let's see how we get on !
It's a cool one and since it's been a while I wouldn't been surprised if they have refined it a bit more.
I do have the pagani, i really love it, the pagani looks so similar to the rolex op, like the heaviness of the watch, ❤❤
Nice looking watch... but seems a bit small... 😂🤓 Also, the dial makes me think of Miami in the 80s. LOL

The dial on Pagani PD1690 V2 looks almost green vs. Tiffany Blue [turquoise] in this video
Yes, compared to the San Martin it's not as tiffany blue.
Are there enough links to size down to a 6.5 inch wrist? Thank you.
Yes, you'll be fine 👍🏻
Still working ? I m getting it for 125 usd shall i go ??
Is it still working bro ??

@@TheBoldHairspring i m frm india and india country option not showing bro
Is it normal to make a sound when shaking the watch
Yes, absolutely. It's the rotor that makes that noise.
Great review thanks
Thank you Chris
has the sapphire crystal anti-reflecting coating?
Tbf I'm not sure but the crystal isn't very reflective.
@@TheBoldHairspring thanks
I realise the San Martin is better quality but I much prefer the look of the Pagani Design model.
Whatever anyone does don’t buy the Pagani design Tiffany dial bb36 homage. Very disappointed in bang per buck ratio.
I’m looking forward to the review of the San Martín shown at 7:18

I have a few PGs myself but I'm frankly disappointed. They don't feel well built. I much prefer my cheaper Invicta homages.
