I have had both bikes. Still have the k-bike. The CBR 1000 was a fantastic touring bike, but the K1300s is superb at touring, Corning, touring, and pure speed. The Hayabusa and ZX 1400 can’t compare in all around performance. Yes both are faster, but no one can tour comfortably for long distances on either superbike. BMW had a winner with the K1300s!
Yeah it was soft launch. I had some trouble with wheel spin so had to take it easy. I think that I can do better, just need to lower pressure from rear tire and set ESA to softer setting.
