Smh, I would like to throw my 2 cents in, - when you zest try not to get the white zest, yellow zest has more vitamin c then the actual lemon its self. The white part has little to none also has a better taste. - after you zest you should roll the lemon on a hard surface to losen up the lemon juice in the lemon. - cut the lemon in half & use a fork to get the seeds out. Cut the black tips off & squeeze both half in a pitcher. - cut the lemon into medium sized pieces & put in the pitcher with the zest. - NEVER use tap water. Always use fresh drinking water. I recommend two Lemons per pitcher.

Lemon water is very good for you so thanks for this nice video! If organic lemons are available then I would go for those even if they are a few pennies more to avoid pesticides etc. Thanks for sharing! I'm going to thumbs up and subscribe to support your channel!

Any lemons or limes that you have will work as long as they are fresh and haven't gone bad!

Not really sure. My guess is, if you don't squeeze the juice out and keep the water cold or in the fridge once or twice at most.
