  • I love using this drill with athletes who need to improve their side to side quickness. By building lateral quickness football players will see their mobility on the field improve greatly. Use Kbands with resisted sets followed by un-resisted for an added bonus. During the resisted sets you will feel you legs strengthening through every rep building your hips and glutes for more explosive body control. The un-resisted sets will leave your legs feeling like feathers. This light feeling in your legs will allow you to concentrate on being faster. The neurological benefits are definitely a great added bonus for you football players out there.

    sometimes i feel like the red band is going to snap. is it ok to use the green and red bands together?

    are there any other sports that you do training drills for and what would be the training difference in how low or high you place the bands on your legs

    Although it may seem unlikely, my son runs that 4.4 and he is 18yrs. old, but we are still looking for more improvement for him, trying different programs.

    I order my bands thursday.. How long would it take to see speed results if following the plan.. Im also doing weight lifting mondays wendsday fridays.. And soccer conditioning. Im preparing for my senior season of football.. Anc curently run a 4.6(slow)

      Hello, I am not aware of anything that you could use as a substitute for the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands. You can complete the drills without the Kbands and you will see improvement. The Kbands are going to enhance your results. Thank you for watching.

    yeah but a 4.6 is above average for any position in highschool, and those people who run a 4.3 or 4.4 in high school are just bullshitting it or they are getting hand timed.. there are dozens of athletes that say they run a 4.3, there is no way these high school athletes are faster than pro athletes.there are over 1000 athletes who claim they run a 4.4 but 99% of them don't.. not to say there are none who run a 4.4, but im just saying that that number of athletes who run a 4.4 in hs is slim.
