I have an important points to raise with the CEO. Every state gives preference to their people who belong to their states in the residential scheme, but UP authorities never give this preference to their state's people. You have to raise this concern with the UP government.
Secondly, the size of the plot in the residential scheme should be wisely launched. There is no meaning in giving 2000 or 4000 sqm in the residential allotment considering middle-class people. In this a 4000 sqm plot area, 400 families can benefit from a 100 sqm size plot and 800 families with a 50 sqm size.
The third point is, please take some additional amount from allottees who are applying for a bigger size plot and make some affordable cancer hospital for the benefit of the state's people.

Jewar Airport area is competing with Gurgaon Area of NCR. It has nothing to do with central or Eastern UP. Central UP has Lucknow and Eastern UP has Gorakhpur/Varanasi airport already.. what investment have these airports brought in that area? Jewar or Noida is Important bcoz it is in NCR
