    Developers are in very much in a hurry to sale the inventory and offering handsome commissions to brokers prp mkt here is not transparent

    Resale market in gurgaon is already down. You have correctly mentioned that once super structures is ready, investors will exit, if their are less buyers as is the situation now also, prices are coming down, leave apart the new launches. None of Puri, M3M 113, Krisumi etc are sold out even now.

    Great Recession is just around the corner. Massive layoffs already started in US and almost impossible to get IT jobs. It is just a matter of time that AI impact will be observed in Indian IT jobs and then it will be real panic situation. Mark my words ! It will be worst than Corona period.

    Year 2005 mein Government of India ne property mein FDI laai thi foreign Direct investment policy uska cycle poora ho gaya almost property ki agli relly 2030-31 se shuru hogi tier 2 or tier3 city mein metro city ki relly over stock market ki relly abhi chalti rhegi

    Coalition Government ki wajah se Crash bahut hi jaldi dikhega, Stock Market mein bhi 20-25% tak ka Crash expected hai.😊

      Population control is immediately required. Annual increase is about 0.8 % i.e yearly increase in population is about 1.15 Crores.
      Very difficult to accommodate this increase. Already the most important natural resource water is being overexploited to meet the demand of the population.
      Some effective measures immediately need to control the situation.

    Invest in property market now. Prices never go down in real estate. Prices stabilise and go up again. Nifty n sensex will show dip in future thats y real estate will come up as alternate investment. So real estate will never go down.

    There has already been a 40-50% hike in Gurgaon property during the last two years. Now buying property here is like a dream. But the fact remains dt still the city lacks infrastructure facilities.
    How such price rise is justified, It is just bubble rise created by builders, investors, Prop.dealers as well as U tubers.
    I agree with yr view point, just wait and watch.

    Apartment ki banane ki lagat 4 lakh aati hai, to use 80 lakh men builder bechte hain.
    Yani builders 20% ki kamai nahi kar rahe hain, builders 2O times ki kamai nahi kar rahe hain.
