Great video again - weather and water looked fantastic - that bay on Maggie looked pristine. I always look forward to your new content - excellent stuff without all the BS!
Hi Brad, Newly subscribed, although been following your vids for quite a while. Love the fact you let your actions rather than mindless babble do the talking for you. Keep up the great work.👍
Another great video mate. Just goes to show when the weather is great you can go anywhere in the tinny. Love that reel screaming. So spoilt up here off Townsville for fishing options.
Can't say much without seeming redundant. Another terrific video, great content, superb quality. Almost makes me want to relocate to Townsville. Keep them coming.
It is always great to hear you have enjoyed the video. Townsville certainly has not yet been discovered for its variety of natural beauty. Thanks for your comment!👍
gday mate aghh magy island know it well where did you launch paleranda or the river , used to go fishing in the river a bit at night with my brother in law and also the rockpool ,what are the cobia like to eat ? great video they sure do fight them nth queensland fish take care and watch those macki teeth .
It depends on the weather which ramp I launch from. I find Cobia a fairly high quality fish to eat. Mackerel certainly require plenty of respect when being handled. Thanks for your questions!👍
@@returnoutdoors2210 Gday mate townsville has changed heaps in 30 years since i was posted there last when i first arrived in 1981 it was like a large country town i have ex army mates who live there still , good memories of collecting nippers of the flats with a pump and prawning in the creeks .
Fishing out of a tinny on a millpond... brings back good memories. Amazing weather makes for another amazing video. Why are you the only boat out, on a day like that? Thanks for a great video and bringing back the memories.
Glad to hear you have good memories of fishing from a small boat! We had a few days of great weather and I think most people may have gone out on previous days. Thanks for watching!👍

The lure I catch the mackerel on is a Halco Twisty ( 20g or 30g). Jarvis Walker make a lure that is very similar and equally productive. Good luck and thanks for watching!👍
Definitely need to be confident local weather conditions are favourable before venturing off shore in a small boat. I am located in North Queensland. Appreciate your comment!👍
After you ripped a hole in his belly removing the hook, you threw him back? Does the fish have a chance of surviving to old age? LOL!! You got a life jacket on under that shirt? I guess the boating safety "Down Under" isn't like it is here Biloxi, MS USA!!
I’m sure the fish had a better chance of survival being released than the alternative of keeping it!😉 It is compulsory to carry safety equipment including PFD’s (life jackets) but it is not required they be worn the whole time. Thanks for your comment!👍
Magic weather, could do with some more weather like that😃😃
Too true, it sure would be nice! 👍

Good job,may i know what kind of bait you used?
I usually use small fish for bait like mullet, pilchards or herring. Thanks for your question!👍

No one goes out that far in such a small boat without complete confidence in themselves and there equipment, where exactly are you my man?
Definitely need to be confident local weather conditions are favourable before venturing off shore in a small boat. I am located in North Queensland. Appreciate your comment!👍
I do it in a 3.5m boat all the time. Just need good weather
Не пойму зачем ловить рыбу если её не брать ?
There are very strict rules and penalties for taking undersize fish in Queensland. Not all the fish are good to eat. Thanks for your question.
