- Pole dance choreography that I have created for Pole Fit Dubai Annual Student Showcase. The idea of this choreo came to me while watching the famous Spanish series 'Money Heist' and I was very happy when my students Somati, Chantelle and Nathalie like the idea and were so keen to make it happen. Two months of brainstorming, rehersals, preparations and the outcome was perfect. Enjoy the show!

Pole dancing is easier than ballet. I’m self taught in both. And plus it depends on your level of determination and what you want out of each

@@missxmarvel I used UA-cam. And ballet took me 1 yr and pole dancing 2 yrs because I had to rent a private room with a pole

Wow could there ever be sooooo much grace in a pole dancing choreo ? Gave me chills. I also think Money Heist is the best series production of all time, the script writing and character dimensions and unpredictable plot lines, and I loved the theme song, so this performance for me, was just fantastic.

Una cosa es bailar en el tubo de manera bulgar con otras intenciones ya saben y otra es bailar de una manera especial bailar bien por dios no es lo mismo no estan dando a provocar NADA solo estan bailando es un arte todo tipo de baile mientras no sea con malicia :3 espectacular me encanto 👌✨
¿A qué te refieres con vulgar? Lo otro tampoco es vulgar y es más difícil que lo de aquí porque deben realizarse movimientos fuertes + expresión facial y corporal. Las bailarinas de los clubes nocturnos que hacen pole dance son unas reinas y son fuertísimas, literalmente viven de eso y sigue siendo arte solo que desde otra perspectiva. El menospreciar a las bailarinas de pole dance sea de donde sea su tipo de arte está muy mal

A lot of them have a “no body shaming” policy. I’m insecure about my legs and hated the idea of wearing shorts but it’s so much fun you forget to be insecure xx
That's the beauty of the pole dance, they teach you to trust yourself, a lot of them aren't toxic, it's like a healthy family
