Yes it looks unstable but it's a professional equipment so it's stable :) I use this equipment for many years now

My mother used to do it. She taught me some stuff, but I’m not that into it as she is. She would do her exercises frequently. Sometimes I came back from school and she was just dancing and keeping up a conversation with me, which was very cool. Her boyfriend didn’t like it, and would often make comments like “ Why do you even do it? You’re not a stripper. “ he left her as soon as she started making up choreographies. He claimed that my mother was thinking of becoming a stripper, ridiculous right? We should stop sexualizing pole Dancing.

Ikr, many people say that to practice that is a bad thing, but actually pole dance is a sport like the others, so there is no necessity to judge someone that practices that, actually I want to practice that... but I think I’m too young for that

Same here, but from family. Not what I want to do at all. I just want to be more sex positive about my body and help boost my self esteem. Fitness is another one. I need more muscle. Gonna be taking yoga classes too.

You need new friends, my dear. Friends should support you for what you want to do, healthily, legally and harmlessly. Don’t ever NOT do something just because others think negatively about it. I am practicing and loving every moment of my pole dance classes. My friends were joking about it at first but when they saw me being serious and actually able to do moves, they understood it’s not ONLY about making it sexual (although nothing wrong with that either), it’s about doing something you like and conquering the physical challenges.

This is beautiful but the shaky camera work and the way the pole moves around kind sorta ruined it. The camera work was just frustrating but the pole scares me half do death since each time it moved a lot I felt like it was going to break off

Some poles spin whereas as others are stationary. so if it's slightly wobbly or the dancer seems to be spinning and moving around to give the kind of effect where they almost seem to fly or glide around in the air, it's probably a spinning pole. Stationary poles are used mainly for more dancing on the pole than around it and lots of movement that isn't really spinning, it's usually used for more interpretive dances. This one is probably a spinning pole.

Lo mejor es que empieces con gimnasia,para cuando seas mayor puedas con el pole dance,no te apures que cuando seas mayor tendrás mucho tiempo para practicarlo
