I see many of the comments saying this is “beginning choreography”? I’m in pretty good shape and if THIS is beginning choreography I can’t imagine the difficulty level of “advanced” is. Great job ladies, you nailed it!
In the studio I train at this would be considered beginner/level 1 choreo because there isn’t a need to invert (there are some descents down into inverted positions, but not inverting to lift yourself upside down) or to go any higher than one climb up the pole. But do not mistake ‘beginner’ in pole dance for easy - pole dance is hard, and any song-length choreography is going to require practice, concentration, and stamina! This is the sort of choreo that would be a really good example of something a class might be working towards over a six-week (or longer) period in a beginners pole program.

I’ve never seen a pole grp routine before! Super cool & creative. Especially because they found a way to make it sexy without being inappropriate clothing-wise. You don’t need to be in a thong and 12 inch heels-pole dancing can be more athletic and fun but just as eye catching & impressive

The best pole dancing I ever saw was a Thai girl and ladyboy duo on extra long dancing poles during Chinese new year celebrations. No one here will believe me but they could simultaneously backflip from one pole to the other and grab on with their legs upside down while holding a bottle in their hands, they then released, slid down at full speed and stop inches from snapping their necks on the bar as the guests all gasped. They would then pore a shot for the VIP guest and mamason while still hanging upside down. They stood up to the applause of everyone in the club as the 2 shots were sculled. It was incredibly impressive. A former friend posted a video of it on facebook, but she got married, moved to Sweden and her account was deleted. Pole dancing (the vertical pole) was being considered as a new event at the Olympics a while back. There are pole dancing championships although I haven't seen anything for a few years.

Unfortunatly as we are doing a choregraphy we cannot put on Heels. We only wear them when we do the Exotic Class. Nice of you to share your opinion anyway ! ☺️
