One tip... I was always told to lower the door as it empties.... Keep the rotors covered incase they chuck a stone at the back window 👍🏼

Thanks Tom. Good job! I noticed on another channel of how important the manure is to growing a crop. The difference in growth with, and without manure, can be 50%, so is absolutely vital to the well being of the land. The next time I'm driving with my window open, near a farm muck spreading, and I'm gagging with the smell, I will remember how important it is! Keep safe, and healthy all at Pembertons.
The fields are green and the skies are blue- just a perfect day to sling some poo. Load after load how much can we move, spending the day hauling some poo lol. Have fun and stay safe !

Seeing y’all spread manure takes me back many years to when I was doing the same thing as an early to mid teen. That’s the best fertilizer you can use. And it’s basically free.

Muck spreading is one of my favourite jobs on a farm. Milking then muck spreading then any grass work

Hi Tom, love a bit of muck spreading,use a John Deere 7820 with a 12 tonne Bunnings lowlander spreader very similar to your piece of kit you got there, certainly "smashes a few loads" in a day. Great video 👍

That bucket on your dad's tractor is huge! Y'all got into some really mucky stuff there. I bet your place smells like cow manure, but you guys are probably used to it. The fields will really benefit from spreading it. That's why your grass is so beautiful!

Hi, peeps! I'm guessing that when Tom talks about not having had (a ploughman's?) lunch and that he misses having 'a drink' at lunchtime that he means a decent mug of tea, and not a few yards of ale.
I bought myself a great novelty tin mug a few years ago - it holds 2 pints. That's a proper brew...

Great video. Think we learned to not drone and drive 🤣. Get the case going flat to the mat and the momentum will carry you over soft spots in the field (but not all the time).
Nice tractor tom!.. they drive nice and the cummins engines in the Austria built models are powerful for there HP rating. but it's not much above the minimum size needed for a muck spreader of that size. We ran Case 220 pumas on the same size spreader.
Great video tom but lots of advice for u when using those type of spread sa the muck drops drop the door to cover the rotors that way u have lest chance of smashing a window if there was stone in there

Just a tip when spreading box muck as you start to see your beaters spinning start to lower your back door to stop stones flying and smashing your back window

As far as I know every tractor we have can switch hydrolic pressure, but not on the fly, only our CVX220 can do that.
And I don't know if you've been told already but the square little black button on the underside of the joystick-panel switches between preset RPMs (only once one is enabled)

On the pro 700 when your increasing / decreasing your hydraulic pressure you can just press on the bar and it'll go to where you press. Sometimes easier when your bumping around instead of trying to press the button a billion times. Cracking vid as always though 👍🏼

Tom when your spreading as the shit goes down lower the back foot too so there is never a gap between rocks and stones can come flying back I’ve had it before and can smash the back window
