Great there will be someone out there for you. Your lucky you've been with someone I'm 31 and never been in a relationship I'm just saying there's always someone else who is doing worse than you always remember that

First, there is nothing wrong with being 31 and never having had a relationship. Things happen for us when they are meant to. Don’t let society tell you otherwise because at the end of the day, no one really knows anything and societal expectations are just forms of control. Second, find the positive in your current situation and take the opportunity to reflect as to why you are single and work on the aspects of you that may be blocking a relationship coming into your life. Good luck

@@victorious1503 yup your right I mean I have slept with woman but never could get 1 as my girlfriend. I know I can now before I was autistic and that allowed me to be half in and half out of the physical dimension. I was just using that example to show to the guy that there's always someone worse off than you. Just to cheer him up.

Letting go is getting out of your own way. It's letting go of resistance such as belief in being unworthy, a desperation, clutching on to, a belief life is not good and not for you, etc., it's not letting go of what you want. Hold that in your heart and have a relaxed expectation that its coming and trust in yourself and life flowing for you. Letting go is an open-armed lack of resistance, and a calm welcoming. Its not a dropping, giving away, or giving up on your dreams.

Great video. It’s just shame these days honestly that there are so many people saying this thing and that thing is why you are not achieving this or that, it’s no wonder why so many are struggling in their minds. When we hear anybody saying ‘block’ what truly does that make people assume. That it’s permanent unless somebody can help them ‘fix’ it. and boom somebody comes along with a program. ( not saying you ) but we see it getting out of hand on socials. Some people are just great with words and selling to peoples vulnerabilities and it’s a shame .
So keep shining a light on truth man!

that fishing story tho, why on earth that happens sometimes? coz I experienced the same thing, my first time fishing I was catching so much fish, even much more than experienced fishers who was also there at that time, I didn't even have much skill, even I was surprised, everyone thought I was lucky or something, its like some kind of beginners luck, anyways, you said it's coz its a want or an expectation without attachment to outcome, or that you'd be okay either way, ok, so at that time, I did wanted to catch fish, I even thought maybe I would catch a lot although there was no logic to this, and I guess I wasn't that much attached to outcome, since it was my first time and all, I just wanted to catch at least one, but it did ended up more than that, but why this happens tho? is it really better not to be so attached? and why would attachment prevent you from getting it? whats so wrong abt wanting an outcome? is it really the wanting an outcome or the feeling of trying to prove yourself that makes things go wrong? I'm not sure if letting go is even required, since I've manifested stuff without needing to let go, by that I mean I wasn't ok without it, I wasn't letting go of the outcome I wanted, but it still manifested, but then sometimes it also manifests when you let go, being okay even without it, almost like giving up, and that's when it manifests, it's kinda insane, so yea, it seems it can manifest either way, for anyone into manifesting/loa, how would you explain this? is there something else at play here?

Do you think we emphats sees "wanting" as something bad, because we didn't get our needs met as a child? Like there's this excess shame about it. The pain body as Eckhart Tolle express it. Some people just take what they want with no remorse. I do agree that neediness is repelling. But I believe that we have to forgive ourselves for it, not put excess shame on ourselves. I think that it may cause the neediness to get a stronger grip around us.

Ugh, I've been sea sick on a boat before, not fun. Everything everyone told me to do to get rid of it, was making it worse, I realized that if I stared at the boat, I somehow found myself outside of the sickness, I was like in 5th grade, but I think all the years of disassociating with my environment made me somehow able to do that. Maybe I can remember how to do that so my current environment stops bringing me down and I can get the heck out of here. I've been absorbing everyones energy here, and I thought it was going to be a blessing, I thought now that I know how to help myself through some of this, my family would also like the help, but no. They don't see a reason to change anything, they think we just need more money to fix our problems, but they don't see that that way of thinking is what repeals it and keeps us where we are.

If you eat fast carbs like white bread or pasta (gluten) it will become glucose sugar and that could inflame. So that is not a real gluten allergy. But you can eat more protein and slower carbs including darker bread. In that case you dont have to eat glutenfree just east less fast carbs that are too easily turned into glucogen. And combine it with more protein. Because protein is preventing bloodsugar spikes when you do eat a bit of sugar/fast carbs.

    Side Note:
Unfortunately, the reaction to Gluten is real, I've been dealing with Cold sores and Canker sores in my childhood. Nobody knew the reason, and none of the doctors knew why. I've stopped eating anything that contains gluten at the age of 18-20. The only time I had the same issue was when I ate something that contained gluten, without me knowing. Later, I asked what the ingredients were, and I realized that gluten is a real problem.
    I can tell many stories...
Sometimes we can't "outsmart" what isn't right, sometimes we need to see through our beliefs.

Between me and you, I think a lot of Christian’s are afraid to take on alternative modalities of healing because it might be anti Christian or not of god. Easy video would be taking something from the Bible and to talk about how it relates to what your teaching.

How can you talk yourself down from not wanting it so much? How can you just snap yourself out of it and not be attached?

I live in the moment as much as possible, looking at each leaf on the tree outside my window, thinking of all the great things in my life, my art, health, home, friends, accessible nature etc. Once I've decided I want something I say it then tell myself the universe has my back and let it go. There is so much beauty to focus on

if you are meditating and visualizing your desire every day would that be considered attachment? would it be better to not visulize it and just let go completely?

How do you actually let go? I know you must stay with the feeling without wanting to change it, but if I have an attachment to outcome, that will make me not approach the girl, or not take action. How do I let go of this FEELING to be free?

I would rather be a tuna catched in the wilderness by a hunk viking, than a salmon growed in a Norwegian dirty narrow cultivation tank.
Also, he provided food for his group catched by himself. It's beautiful.

Question: If I took it to the extreme and let go of my entire physical life and being okay with death, could I potentially wake up the next morning to an entire new life in a new body with a new name in a new reality? That would be interesting

What if what someone wants is to be healthy, when they've been chronically ill.. arguably they aren't fine either way, but does wanting health keep them sick in this theory?

    • @cecilang9721
      @cecilang9721 3 місяці тому +1

“Sick” and “healthy” are not specific outcomes. What about, I will walk today. And then go for a walk, not attached to walking an hour, but expecting to walk a hour, just walking, as a process that may bring you closer to a goal of walking easily for an hour. That’s a specific outcome.

@@cecilang9721 My goal is to improve my health, I already take many steps to do that (including physical activity and other lifestyle choices). But I've remained in a state of chronic illness with little to no improvement. To me, seeing measurable improvement is an outcome, one I'm attached to.
My question is whether or not Aaron is saying that being attached to that outcome will make it less possible to achieve, based on the theory he's describing.
