I’m not trying to be rude but, you’re only showing the neighborhoods for the stuck up rich people. I’ve lived in Pflugerville my entire life, and I can tell you there are plenty of neighborhoods in Pflugerville such as Windermere, Heatherwilde, Springbrook, The Club and so much more that are just as nice. But they are just older home that were built in the 1980’s or early 1990’s. Show those too, people will like those also.
You'll find all kinds of people all over the place and all are not welcoming unfortunately. The areas that I featured in this video speaks to those who don't want to do renovations or updates. I get a lot of calls from folks relocating and would prefer a move-in ready home. I use to live in Pflugerville in an older home (we still own that house) and you are right, there are other neighborhoods that are really great that I have not featured just yet. I'll add them on the next Pflugerville neighborhoods video.
When I moved here in 2018, I said to myself ,”that’s a weird hard word “. 😂😂😂 I have heard about the developments of this area. I would probably buy a home in this area. Sorento is also a beautiful community where DR Horton builds.
Right!😆 I like Sorento as well and its really close to Lake Pflugerville.

Geeze. I was thinking of moving to TX from the northeast because I thought it was cheaper. Who needs all those bells and whistles. It seems like TX is for the affluent that want to live lavish lifestyles. I'll keep my modest home here after seeing this video. Would never fit in with the elites in Pflugerville.
Housing prices have skyrocketed but I think 💭 if anyone is serious they can settle down here.

The HOAs are a doozy sometimes and there are not many areas that don't have one unfortunately.
