im so happpy someone posted this actually, like this game was so awesome...! it scared the hell out of me the first time i tried to have them to meet.... i crapped my pants haha
Great video as always! I really liked this game when I discovered it in some of those clickbaity "obscure RE clones" years ago, it has such cool ideas... It's kinda funny to hear the main designer guy say that he hated point and click adventure games, I had the total opposite impression that Martian Gothic was designed as an adventure game first and in late development was retrofitted into a RE clone bc of the late 90s/early 2000s survival horror craze, I mean there's the whole "red hearing items" thing and overly complex puzzles while the combat and "action" set pieces feels like an afterthought just to pad the game.
2:17 I won't be shocked if the video gets demonetized due to this clip. Forcing you to replace it with the Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog "PINGAS" clip (Remember folks. I'm never trying to jinx it)

I actually do currently have this game but never put in the time to really play much of it.
But at least I played enough to do Martian Mayhem.
