( I Cook Very Litle,Soup, Brown Rice Et) But as Cooking Destroys The Life Force Of Plant Foods( Enzymes & Vitamins), For Long Term Health We Should Definitely Eat Plenty of Raw Too. ( With Fruits, We Go Moderation, as Fruits Are Extremely High in Fructose Sugar, We Should Eat them as Separe Meal, So that The Liver Can Handle Them( 2- 3 Hours)
