Svitzer working with regional West Australian boat builder: Dongara Marine

Svitzer is committed to working closely with Australian businesses and supporting local content. Recently we have welcomed the delivery of a regional WA designed and built pilot transfer boat from the skilled craftspeople at Dongara Marine, based in Geraldton. The vessel now serves our valued customer Woodside Energy Limited LNG export terminals.
Dongara Marine is a proud family business, with decades of experience in high quality boat building, repair and modification. The Svitzer Marlin is an extremely fuel efficient vessel for its size, supporting Svitzer goals of reduced emissions, increased efficiency and a reduction in fuel consumption. Their incredible knowledge and collaborative efforts were a great testament to supporting the Australian maritime industry and supply chain.
