A man who put his money where his mouth is. A true competitor, leader, and inspiration in the extreme sports scene. May we all strive to live life with such confidence, and may we remember his legacy for all time.
I still cant believe it and still absolutely heart broken. I'm near 68 years old and Ken was one of my idols, I looked up to his talent, drive, business mind and how amazing he was as a husband and father. His loss is simply BS.
😢 such same sad feelings here too, my friend . Ken was my hero!!.... yeah, I'm in my 50s, but this man was amazing to watch, and I absolutely love the Hoonigan videos and his variety of cars that he went rallying in!!!!...so very sad, God bless you Ken 🙏🇺🇲🇬🇧😢🚖
same, not easy to take in, i didnt even meet the man, Top Gear with James May is where is 1st come across Ken Block along with Colin McRae Dirt 2 and 3 on Games for windows live of which ive just restarted to play in memory of this tragic loss. R.I.P Ken Block, Dave Mirra and Colin McRae.
It's always the good ones, the special talents and the passionate that pass unexpectedly. I think it's because of their passion and drive, because they're so committed and always pushing. I'm amazed sometimes that guys like Travis Pastrana and Valentino Rossi etc haven't met similar fates
@@Faderade69 The right reasons, especially if it's an ST. Unless it's a powershift, the Fiesta is an amazing car. I would take a Fiesta ST over a Hellcat any day of the week
God, I miss him so much. I can’t even imagine the loss his inner circle and family feel. Ken Block was a stellar human, a legend, a family man, a business man… just pure class.
"In life, from the simplest thing to the biggest thing, I want to be proud of what it is and stake my claim: That's mine and that's how I do it." - Ken Block R.I.P 😢
Can’t believe an amazing guy like him is gone. Just can’t get enough of his gymkhana and stunts. He is so entertaining to watch and a true inspiration and talent. There really is one Ken Block. I’ll miss this great man forever. 💔🥺
I'm a new father to a 4 month old, and man, I can really admire Kens family aspect more now than when I stumbled upon him a decade or so ago. Driving talent is unmatched, we all know that, but his character and view on life off of the track is unparalleled. If i can achieve 1/8 of the success and happiness he had, i will have lived a wonderful life. We lost a good effin dude, but he went out doing something he loved and enjoyed. So there is a bit of solace in knowing that. Much like Paul Walker. Hopefully they both are lighting fires and smokin' tires together with Dale Earnhardt. RIP sir.
Ken would never say to anyone that dying and stripping his daughter of a father due to "doing what he loved" would be what he wanted. Maybe I've been angry because it hurts. Don't take it the wrong way. But his family deserved way more than this
@@arcadiagreen150 He left this planet the proudest father of them all. It hurts for Lia, I'm sure. But at the end of his career, after his prime, he put all the focus on her. Seeing his reaction to Lia doing her first 1/4 mile pulls put me in tears. He was so obsessed with his kids and their futures. I'm bothered that of all things, it had to be as obscure as a snowmobile accident. He was just doing something he enjoyed, and now he's gone. But he did love doing it. He lived his fullest life until the day he died, and he left the world a better place for car enthusiasts than it would've been without him.
I bought a "Just dont die" Hoodie like 3 months ago and have worn it everyday since he passed, I still cant believe it... I throw my stock mazda 3 around every chance I can get because of you, you forever are a legend. RIP Ken
Still gutted we lost this man. I have admired him for many years. Just a great fella with buckets of talent. I will be watching his many videos on UA-cam for years to come. 😥
Racing will never be the same without Ken. I hope his family keeps on the racing heritage. But at the same time, we all need to give the family time and space

Great tribute! My thoughts go to the family and friends. He is missed and will always be missed. A true legend and im glad i grew up watching him. Rest in peace Ken.
Stunning driver, proper lunatic and a real gentleman, Ken Block was a truly incredible racer with an insane amount of skill and determination but also he had a genuine kindness and professionalism about him, he can now join the late great Colin McRae high in the sky and go head to head with him once again, R.I.P
Ill never get tired of watching him drive! First saw him in Sno drift in northern Michigan and his dedication to his family and his craft is what makes him an Icon

Long live the legend of Ken Block, inspiration to millions, amazing dad, and just a creative genius. Lived life like a video game and gave many Smiles Per Gallon. RIP...
Tenacious compeditor and one of the few gear heads that I have massive respect for. Never had the privilege to meet such an astute professional and father, so after loosing my own brother last year who shared similar experiences his passing hits home. Ken seemed to be kind, genuinely humble, and had a talet to share his personal insights into the motor sport world on a level that will be missed. Rest In Peace
This man will never be forgotten. Great person. Uplifting spirit. Always seemed happy. God bless. Next video I can’t wait to see, “Heaven-Khana”. You will be forever missed Ken.
I only learned about Ken Block a few years ago by accident, but have since consumed probably hundreds of hours of content either Hoonigan or he produced. It is some really inspirational stuff. I always show Ken Block stuff to people if they say they haven't seen it... and the response is always the same - pure amazement, wonder, joy, and awe. Like Robin Williams, it is too bad Ken is gone. And, Mia is only 14 and is going to be super negatively impacted by this. In a sense, I almost hope she follows in his shoes because she has already shown herself to be an amazing driver... but I also hope she can come out of this as a healthy and happy adult. 14 is a really tough time for a girl, and even tougher losing someone who clearly was such a loving and supportive dad.
Pure heartbreak man. Incredible legacy, managed to cement himself as one of the greats in Motorsport, and inspired millions to pursue their dreams. A devastating loss, he’s leaving us far too soon, but man, what a life to have lived and what a legacy to leave behind. RIP Ken, thanks for all the memories and inspiration, and may the Block family find peace in this time.

I loved watching him race and so enjoyed his hoonigan videos here on YT. He was so sweet with his daughter and so good to his friends. Crossed the finish line far too soon.
One of very few channels I'm glad is paying tribute to the late legend Ken Block because I know it's legit and sincere and not to jump on the bandwagon and try to blow up your channel with subscribers and massive amounts of views. I've seen alot of that lately and imo it's wrong and pathetic and disrespectful to Ken's name. I feel absolutely terrible for his daughter who followed in her father's footsteps and her mother and rest of the Block family. I know how hard it is to lose someone suddenly without warning especially your father whom you looked up to and worked beside. I'd say the pain will eventually go away, but it honestly doesn't it just kinda dulls over time and you learn to move on. Ken did alot of great things for the car community and he will never be forgotten.
