Well happy birthday to Brian and his daughter. Congratulations on your new channel and homestead.
I guess I could have told you both what it's like to be a Californian and having moved to another state, including the challenges and the advantages. Sadly now, I'll never know the feeling of being between Cedric and Brian, now that they'll be separating. It was my life's ambition as of late, to sit between those two wonderful guys, and talk about myself, my good looks, my high intelligence, my magnanimous personality, and of course, my humble demeanor.
    Best wishes to you all.

I live in North East Georgia & love my state but Atlanta is becoming the Hollywood of the South. With everyone from California moving here we are on the verge of turning Blue. We are 20 miles from SC & NC. Depending on how things play out we may make a short move ourselves. Thrilled your moving to Tennessee! Smithville is about 4.5 hours from here. Your land is beautiful! Im adding to the pressure to get Cedric on board!!!!
Found you guys in 2020 & so grateful! Y'all got me through the pandemic & racial crisis. It was such a relief to know I wasn't crazy & y'all had the same beliefs as I did. You guys are awesome & have to stick together!

Thank you. I live in Georgia now but was born and raised in Nashville and attended college in Cookeville at TTU. My family moved to the Cumberland Plateau from Virginia more than 200 years ago and I will always be a Tennessean. This was so nostalgic for me. I'm happy that so many people are now learning what a great place Tennessee is, but also sad that what was my home is forever changed - even if some of it is for the better.
Oh, and if you haven't been yet you need to go camping and hiking in Fall Creek Falls state park. It's not far from Smithville.

I am born and raised in Frederick County Maryland. We visited Pigeon Forge Tennessee about 2-3 years ago. And I fell in love. I would move there in a heartbeat. Of course not to the tourists area but anymore other than in the tourist area or city.

My wife and I moved from WI to TN (between Chattanooga & Knoxville) over six years ago with no regrets. There are so many places in our area to find things to do for day trips and the mountains have the nice places like Cades Cove, Elkmont and many more which are fun visits. I think you mentioned the humidity was not bad in June for your visit but you will feel it for sure in July & August.

I've lived ALL over the country... from Montana in the North, to Texas in the South....from North Hollywood/Northridge/Calabasas in the West, to Florida/North Carolina/Pennsylvania in the East. You talked about "World Famous" Mountains and "World Famous" Beaches in California, but forgot about the "World Famous" Deserts (I did the "Ski at Big Bear in the morning and swim in the Ocean in the evening" in one day, just to say I did it). California is definitely unique in what it has to offer, there is NO other State in our country like it (and maybe even the World for that matter....I've been all over Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as well).
Having said ALL of that... you couldn't PAY me enough to move back to California. I see videos of the homeless camps, hear about the absolute craziness in CA schools, read about the policies being implemented by the State; and THANK the Lord up above that I don't live there. Most everything that happens in Cali is a self-inflicted wound. Its absolute insanity.
    Get OUT while you can

As a red state resident, I welcome refugees from the decaying blue states. However, myself, and my fellow citizens here, ask only one very big thing- Leave your voting habits behind you, if you vote Dem/Liberal/Progressive. There's a reason you are fleeing your current s**tholes, don't come to a better place and end up turning it into the very thing you were brave and smart enough to leave behind.

Amazing.. I will say 20 is a great age many reasons including an appropriate age to decide for yourself.. whether you want to follow you (the father) or carve her own path but the videos tell me she's just as excited as you are. I say 20 is great because that's also when I decided to move out and join the military myself, but now regret it because of my new chief LOL

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Wait until July, August and September. I live in NW Georgia. A lake near by AC and a boat are the biggest necessities. Although you will get snow there, we don't get it every year.

I have always been one to say that I would never leave California, but I never thought it would get this bad. People like to lump us all into the same voting category but that is ridiculous I know plenty of people that don't vote blue. It just seems that our voting doesn't count. So now I too am ready to leave.

I remember the first time I visited Nashville and a stranger said hello to me, I was ready to throw down. If a stranger says hello in Fort Lauderdale, where I'm from, they want something. Been in Franklin, Tn since 2012 and have no plans to move back. And you would think living on the beach there would be live music everywhere- nope. Here, throw a rock in any direction and you will hit some freakishly talented musician, maybe two, and it's not all country. Even in tiny little downtown Franklin you can find 20+ bands playing on a Tuesday night. I grew up with my head on a danger swivel. Up here you have train that muscle memory or you'll lose it because you really don't need to be looking over your shoulder, at least not until all the dems move here...
